I left a voicemail in the service department and I was happy to receive a call back at day’s end from Lexus Service Consultant, Mr. Mark Smith. After I explained my concerns with a battery in my NX 350 that keeps dying requiring jump starts almost every 3 to 7 days, he invited me to come in to the dealership the following morning. I appreciated his helpful demeanor, prompt resoponse and willingness to listen to my concerns. After evaluating the problem, he authorized replacement for a new battery which I found out was covered by warranty. My overall experience at the dealership with the friendly staff but especially with Mr. Smith was very positive.
