I purchased a 2017 Cadillac XT5 and Mary McDaniel was the sales person. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. They offer a 30 day/1000 mile warranty on the car which doesn't sound like much but most used cars are as is. I live in Hot Springs Arkansas which is a 3 hour drive to the dealer, but for the deal I got it was well worth it. The very next day the thermostat went out and I was prepared to drive back to Memphis to use the warranty to get it fixed. It was suggested that I get it repaired in Hot Springs and they would cover the cost. I did that today and 45 minutes after City Auto was contacted that the repairs were completed the bill was paid. I couldn't ask for better customer service and definitely recommend this dealership. Every bit a 5 star company. Ask for Mary when you go.

It was entirely a stress free experience. Not only was Trent professional and experienced, he was fun and easy to talk to. Great experience! We had all of needs and questions answered for us primarily by Miracle the internet manage. She was great. We also was helped by Jamar with the financing. They supplied a bottom line price "out the door" for we brought our own financing. When we arrived to take delivery we were introduced and assisted by our very knowledgeable salesperson Eric. We were in and out in a very short time and on our way home to Germantown, TN 225 miles away. One of the best experiences we have had buying a new car in years. Hands down ABSOLUTE BEST place to buy a vehicle in Memphis! The people here are very warm and welcoming and treat you like family! We were in the market for a car for my daughter's 16th birthday and we weren't sure what we wanted to get yet. We were able to freely look around and not be harassed like we had been at other dealerships. They have a large inventory with a variety of different vehicles in ONE place. When my daughter found a car she liked the staff made sure we got what we wanted and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Very nice vehicles at fair prices. No mark ups. Jim Kerras dealership wanted to charge almost $3k in additional "dealership fees" on tops of the marketed sale price 😳 So thankful we decided to come to Car Smart. One of the best dealership experiences ever! Down to earth , honest folks. Well worth the 3 hour drive. Scott Jackson worked up the deal before making the drive out and Joshua Young was the salesperson I dealt with at the dealership. Both were top notch. Never pushy. The entire transaction was seamless all the way through financing. And even with the shortage they had an awesome selection. Absolutely one of the most pleasurable vehicle purchases ever. There was a slight overcalculation in the county tax probably since I was from out of state , and they mailed me an overage check within 2 weeks without me even inquiring . Talk about fair and honest! The dealership interior is a bit dated but very clean and comfortable. I have been to some super fancy big city dealerships that look like you're walking in the Taj Mahal. But you have to sit and ask yourself who is paying for that beautiful environment. Yes, that's right you the customer. I would much rather take a HomeTown dealership with honest fair pricing / pushy big city dealerships any day. I highly recommend Stinnett Automotive and will definitely do business with them again in the future .
