Good solid dealer - Wes1970
Enjoyed the experience. Fair deals. Nice people. Neal Hogg was especially helpful. Ask for him if you go. We purchased a Fiat X500. They had the features and price range we were looking for to fit our requirements and budget.
no pressure - 300 guy
Traded in my car and got a good deal on a used car, Kevin Cole was great as my salesman. Thank you again for great service.
Just remember you're dealing with career sales people. - AZAVER
I wouldn't spend the time here, if you have to, do some research and make sure you're well informed before you set foot into one of their dealerships.

I purchased my 2017 Fiat 124 Spider in Austin just a little over 1 month ago. My first trip out of town was to Dallas for the Adele concert. So excited about it all. As soon as we got into Dallas we had car trouble with all kinds of instrument lighting going on. I am very happy to say it did not strand us on the busy I-35. But we could go no faster than 30 mph. Safely off the freeway, called for roadside assist, then I called Holt Fiat of Hurst as this was the closest business for this service. This was over 30 miles away. Around 4:30pm I called to tell them my situation and that I would need a loaner car. Had these tickets for concert since Jan. Marcus assured me there would be a Fiat 500 for our use. Due to 5pm traffic and distance we had to drive I was afraid we would not get the towing done by them closing at 6pm. So I called my Austin Dealership and they gave me the general managers mobile number. When "Mr" Dhruve, GM returned my call he states there was no car to loan. Well, do I need to tell you what I said after a brand new car breaking down in traffic, freeway, under 1,000 miles and it being my very first out of town trip??? He states this without even discussing it with anyone else as far as I know. I told him I was promised one by Marcus. Then I had a few more choice words for him. He then states "if he promised you one, then we will find one!" Happy ending, we got a loaner car thanks to Marcus and for Sean staying after 6p to see we got it. Oh, we got to dealership at 6:03. So kudos to great customers service from Sean and Marcus. Mr. Dhruve, I don't know how you ever got your title with your poor customer satisfaction. And this not so great rating was ALL due to "Mr" Dhruve.
Great Service, Great Dealership - PT
First let me say for those who buy a certified used car the lifetime warranty on the engine, and transmission is not through the brand of your car such as the guy whose mother bought the Audi, its is through Nyle Maxwell and it is his dealerships Forever Warranty. Don't take it to another dealer or they will charge you.
Now with that out of the way I took my daughter here to buy her first car, a Fiat 500 pop, and they were kind and courteous, and when I asked for 500 more on my trade in they gave it to me without a fight. Also they got the interest rate MUCH lower than what we were expecting for my daughter's first car.
A week later we get a call from the dealership and they need my wife and daughter to come back in because they've been able to get a better deal on the costs and my daughter's payment will be even lower than what it was originally.
That is great service from a great little dealership. And for those wanting loaner cars? Fiats are low entry cost cars. They don't have a lot of margin built in to cover things like loaner cars, so don't be expecting the moon when you are buying the moon.
14 hard credit inquires nightmare - Heather Coggin
We bought our daughter a fiat from clear lake.
We found out a few weeks later, they allowed 14 other companies to do hard credit inquires on our credit that all were dated for the same day we bought the car. We did not request or give authorization for more than one credit inquiry.
They refuse to help us get these hard inquires removed.
They have made our lives nightmares
Worst customer service and management capabilities EVER! - Agreco33
I love my Alfa Romeo and the buying experience was very pleasant, but I regret to say that the service department is experiencing significant growing pains. It is virtually impossible to have the call answered when you dial the service department extension, and the response time after leaving a message is unacceptable. I have had to call the Sales dept in order to get a hold of a service rep.
In addition, the service department opens at 8:30AM making it very inconvenient to deal with a car issue before going to work in the morning. Most service departments open at 7AM at the latest
I hope that they will invest in resources to make the ownership experience as pleasant as the buying experience. If not, it will be a pain owning this car in the long run. I want Alfa to be successful in the US but they will have to significantly up their game to compete with other high-end car brands that pamper their customers.
Update: went in Monday 5/21 for a “service engine” warning. Service dept manager said no loaner cars and technician could not even look at the car until at least Wednesday. Called back on Tuesday, still no loaner car, technician would not get to the car until at least Thursday... I need the car to get to work every day and hope the issue is not too serious and I’m damaging the engine by driving it. Need to get it together!
New updates: Can I give zero stars? Technician finally got to my car about a week later. It’s a sensor, he says, and needs to be ordered. Will take about a week. Obviously it takes 10 days. Then a couple of days to actually fix it. I was out of a car again for 2 weeks (seems to be the standard time they get anything done here). Here is the kicker: first, I had asked to look (again) at the speaker that was vibrating and they had already replaced once. Well, they waited until AFTER the engine sensor arrived and they replaced it to START working on the speaker. This added 2 days. WHY WOULDN’t you fix that during the 10 days you are waiting for the sensor to come in? Would that be too efficient? But wait! There is more! I asked them to see why my brakes were squealing, with only 6000 miles on the car. He says “i took it out myself after the technician did (for a joyride?) and the brakes are NOT squealing”. I pick up the car and the first time I break...you guessed it! The breaks squealed and they have been since. I sent them a video of it with the sound.
You say “no, you are kidding, they can’t be sooo bad”. Well, what if I told you the the VERY NEXT DAY after i picked up my car the SERVICE ENGINE” light came on again?!? This was the very reason i had brought the car in in the first place and the very reason they had to order the $100 sensor from ITALY. (Quick aside, why wouldn’t the dealership keep one of the $100 parts in stock? In the state of Texas? In the US? In the North American continent??? Too good of a supply chain practice?
Do you believe me now? THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH OF THE ALFA ROMEO NAME. I dearly hope they lose it and someone with decent management practices and customer service opens one. Otherwise, I’m screwed!
P.S. no answer from the dealership to my review yet. What could they say?
Never buy a car from this dealership. - MatureCarGuy
Wish I could give them ZERO stars. Do not under any circumstances even think about buying a car from this dealership. Based on my experience and IMO, the sales staff is extremely inexperienced and the sales manager is providing unbelievably poor coaching to them. Unless you drive up in a Ferrari they will treat you condescendingly and talk to you as if you are a 16 yr old kid with a minimum wage job who knows nothing about cars and has no driving experience. Even if you actually bother to call them out on it and point out their MASSIVE mistake they still won't apologize or do ANYTHING to try and EARN your business. Go ANYWHERE else to buy a car besides this dealership. We’re a 48 yr old couple who are very experienced high horsepower car aficionados, each have credit scores over 800, a 2 million dollar home that’s paid for, and walked in having researched the car and with the money to literally pay for it on the spot. If they treated us this poorly then they’ll treat ANYBODY that way.
Based on my experience and IMO, the sales staff/management are both incompetent and outright condescending. Spend your time and your money elsewhere.
fiat has problems - orangeallstars
I bought from Ancira because I thought they would take care of me and I didn't mind paying extra. I was so wrong!!
They don't service Fiats in San Antonio. You have to drive to Austin which I agreed to. The issue is that I bought a 2015 Fiat in 2016 and the car keeps having problems.
My best friend had dealt with the Ancira on Bandera. I should have done the same. When I call the location on IH-10, they are terribly unhelpful. Having car problems is frustrating enough. Who needs all this frustration?
I should have just bought a used vehicle off Hildebrand Ave or San Pedro Ave. I would have saved myself the a few thousand and a lot of frustration.
good service at Clay Cooley - olgaibarra
I wanted a new car and I went to clay Cooley Irving tx. As soon as I got there Samuel helped me to find the best truck for me with a good price just how I wanted it .
Great service Dept - Fiat500Lguy
I had an awesome experience with the service department. They fixed my car in a timely manner and made my stay as comfortable as possible. While waiting I decided to wander the lot and the auto sales guy I delt with was a little too pushy (turn off).
check up on my wife's car - raider83
We needed a check up on my wife's car but it was going to take a few days because of the work load they had. Mark McCall who just happened to sell us both our cars was more than gracious. He set up all the hassling things it takes to even diagnose a problem and even setup a sweet loaner car. Which by the way is on the list of options for our next purchase. He went above and beyond. I'm unsure of the gentleman who worked on our car but he did so late past his required hours so we could have it back quickly
At this point, I've only come in for scheduled... - DebH56
At this point, I've only come in for scheduled maintenance. People are friendly. On one occasion, the shuttle driver took me home. Another time, i was given a rental so that I could get to work. They are always clear on maintenance recommendations and prices and I don't have to wait long to get an appointment.
