Top Reviewed Specialists At This Dealership
Great Experience - Brian in Bryan
Brandon was great to work with. I feel like we got a great deal and are happy with our purchase. While waiting for things to be processed we chatted with other people within the company and the entire staff was warm and welcoming. It was a completely different feeling than any previous vehicle purchase. I highly recommend.
Great Service, Great Dealership - PT
First let me say for those who buy a certified used car the lifetime warranty on the engine, and transmission is not through the brand of your car such as the guy whose mother bought the Audi, its is through Nyle Maxwell and it is his dealerships Forever Warranty. Don't take it to another dealer or they will charge you.
Now with that out of the way I took my daughter here to buy her first car, a Fiat 500 pop, and they were kind and courteous, and when I asked for 500 more on my trade in they gave it to me without a fight. Also they got the interest rate MUCH lower than what we were expecting for my daughter's first car.
A week later we get a call from the dealership and they need my wife and daughter to come back in because they've been able to get a better deal on the costs and my daughter's payment will be even lower than what it was originally.
That is great service from a great little dealership. And for those wanting loaner cars? Fiats are low entry cost cars. They don't have a lot of margin built in to cover things like loaner cars, so don't be expecting the moon when you are buying the moon.
Excellent - Tony,montelongo
Salesman JR Esquivel has excellent customer service, excellent knowledge and goes the extra mile to see you drive home happy during sale and after. Ed Payne did right with this salesman, thanks and keep up the good work JR Esquivel.
Great experience. Went to see and walked out with a new car! - SZ
Bryan was our sales person He was excellent.
Answered our questions, was not pushy and closed the deal for us.
Returned for service and got the same attention. Bryan saw me waiting and came over to ask if there was anything he could do to help.
Love my Giulia TI Sport Carbon! If you give me a good deal would love to upgrade to a Quadrifolgio...
Superb on All Levels from Salesman to Finance - mmb777e
Today, I went in this morning to purchase a used 2016 Lincoln Navigator for my business. The car was fantastic with only 30K miles and it was the loaded L model. I was greeted by LD when we arrived and he was just great from the very beginning. He took us right to the car and let us look and then we went and test drove.
I planned to trade in my 2008 Ford Expedition but while there and just as they took it around to look it over I sold it to a family member. Not a problem and the negotiation for the Navigator was quick and took only two, yes only two, trips to the finance office. Basically, everything was ready for the finance office in about 45 minutes from the time we got there. I couldn't have been happier.
We waited about an hour for the banks to "wake up" but once they responded we were ready to sign papers. Again, LD was keeping constant watch over what was happening throughout the process and he even put the car in the warm garage so it would be nice to drive home. Temps had dropped into the 30s while we were at the dealer so this was really great!
Mr. Kennedy in finance made that process easy and in less than 30 minutes we were ready to go. THIS IS HOW a car purchase should be with ALL dealers. I was actually happy after my visit with them and that made the ride home even nicer. Just a fantastic day and a fantastic new car!!!! Thank you so much!
Dealership does not honor salesman word. - Yess
I'm paying everything they asked and now they won't fix stuff covered under the warranty I purchased I'm stuck with vehicle now and it looks like I will have to resort this myself. They literally said "I don't know what the salesman promised you but he don't work here anymore"
Very bad communication and service.. - Calving
I had a 9 am appointment, I arrived on time. At 10 am they told me the had to get the battery it wasn't in stock, vehicle should be ready at 12 or 1 pm. So I wait patiently 3 pm comes around and I haven"t seen my service rep at all.So I go look for him and called got answering service. I find him and ask about status of my vehicle, he said he didn't know. the guy never brought the battery and it'll be there in another hour. I didn't leave the place till 4:30.. Crazy 7hrs wait for a new battery and an oil change. On top of a hefty bill..
Just remember you're dealing with career sales people. - AZAVER
I wouldn't spend the time here, if you have to, do some research and make sure you're well informed before you set foot into one of their dealerships.
Zero customer service - Re J
If you care about your time, never stop by there! If I could give them zero star as they deserve zero, I would do. The worst experience in a dealership.
1- First of all the advertised prices are a complete lie. You should pay at least $7,000 more before tax/title than their online price.
2- They just want to get the customer in. Even if you call them or chat them they say they have the car available for the advertised online price, but having 80 miles round trip to just hear they do not have it available, is really annoying and waste of time. You will hear flimsy excuse that we sold it last night and it has not been entered to the system yet.
3- They will definitely charge you $3,000-$4,000 for just Dealer add ons for just paint coating and some useless stuff.
4- $50.00 gift card for test drive is a complete lie. They accept your paperwork but do not proceed on it.
Never Sent me proof of ownership of car (ie title) - Jobber
I paid in full for a vehicle over 3 months ago. They took 6 weeks to deliver the vehicle and still have not released the paper work to prove I have ownership of the vehicle. Everyone there is full of excuses and no action. Take your business elsewhere
Ann Trakhman is the worst salesperson / person I've ever met - Levante38
I went to Helfman with 'cash in hand' knowing exactly what I wanted to buy. I should have been the easiest customer ever for them. However, after 30 minutes of their manager Ann Trakhman insulting me and my family I decided I would rather drive an extra 3 hours to the next closest Maserati dealership than purchase here. This is a service-based business, and I when purchasing my first 'luxury' vehicle, I expected better service than I would receive at say, a Honda dealer. However, I got the exact opposite from Ann. I did, buy a new Levante from the Austin Maserati dealership and spent an extra 6 hours in the car, but at least I know Ann didn't get a cent in commission. I pray that someone above her at this store reads this and rectifies the situation there. No matter what I will never be a customer, but maybe they can still gain some other new customers who haven't been tainted by working with her.
Identity Theft and Bank Fraud - Troy Clark
I bought a brand new Jeep Wrangler in December 2017 . I spent 32,000.
In July 2018 my information was used to finance a 2012 Ford pickup for 12,500.
Peters used my SSN ,name, phone number to secure a loan for another customer.
This was Identity Theft and Bank fraud according to the bank investigator where
the loan was taken out. I had to fill out a affidavit to get the bank to stop calling
me and get the loan taken off my credit report. It's now been over 6 months and
there are still inquiries on my credit report that affects my rating. I can't get them
removed. Never again!
fiat has problems - orangeallstars
I bought from Ancira because I thought they would take care of me and I didn't mind paying extra. I was so wrong!!
They don't service Fiats in San Antonio. You have to drive to Austin which I agreed to. The issue is that I bought a 2015 Fiat in 2016 and the car keeps having problems.
My best friend had dealt with the Ancira on Bandera. I should have done the same. When I call the location on IH-10, they are terribly unhelpful. Having car problems is frustrating enough. Who needs all this frustration?
I should have just bought a used vehicle off Hildebrand Ave or San Pedro Ave. I would have saved myself the a few thousand and a lot of frustration.
good service at Clay Cooley - olgaibarra
I wanted a new car and I went to clay Cooley Irving tx. As soon as I got there Samuel helped me to find the best truck for me with a good price just how I wanted it .
Great service Dept - Fiat500Lguy
I had an awesome experience with the service department. They fixed my car in a timely manner and made my stay as comfortable as possible. While waiting I decided to wander the lot and the auto sales guy I delt with was a little too pushy (turn off).
check up on my wife's car - raider83
We needed a check up on my wife's car but it was going to take a few days because of the work load they had. Mark McCall who just happened to sell us both our cars was more than gracious. He set up all the hassling things it takes to even diagnose a problem and even setup a sweet loaner car. Which by the way is on the list of options for our next purchase. He went above and beyond. I'm unsure of the gentleman who worked on our car but he did so late past his required hours so we could have it back quickly
Customer Service - Brebo4248
I purchased my 2017 Fiat 124 Spider in Austin just a little over 1 month ago. My first trip out of town was to Dallas for the Adele concert. So excited about it all. As soon as we got into Dallas we had car trouble with all kinds of instrument lighting going on. I am very happy to say it did not strand us on the busy I-35. But we could go no faster than 30 mph. Safely off the freeway, called for roadside assist, then I called Holt Fiat of Hurst as this was the closest business for this service. This was over 30 miles away. Around 4:30pm I called to tell them my situation and that I would need a loaner car. Had these tickets for concert since Jan. Marcus assured me there would be a Fiat 500 for our use. Due to 5pm traffic and distance we had to drive I was afraid we would not get the towing done by them closing at 6pm. So I called my Austin Dealership and they gave me the general managers mobile number. When "Mr" Dhruve, GM returned my call he states there was no car to loan. Well, do I need to tell you what I said after a brand new car breaking down in traffic, freeway, under 1,000 miles and it being my very first out of town trip??? He states this without even discussing it with anyone else as far as I know. I told him I was promised one by Marcus. Then I had a few more choice words for him. He then states "if he promised you one, then we will find one!" Happy ending, we got a loaner car thanks to Marcus and for Sean staying after 6p to see we got it. Oh, we got to dealership at 6:03. So kudos to great customers service from Sean and Marcus. Mr. Dhruve, I don't know how you ever got your title with your poor customer satisfaction. And this not so great rating was ALL due to "Mr" Dhruve.
At this point, I've only come in for scheduled... - DebH56
At this point, I've only come in for scheduled maintenance. People are friendly. On one occasion, the shuttle driver took me home. Another time, i was given a rental so that I could get to work. They are always clear on maintenance recommendations and prices and I don't have to wait long to get an appointment.
