I was contacted by Ann Trakham after submitting our finance application on a new Alfa Romeo Stelvio for my wife. We already had a sales person, Luis, and knew which car we wanted. Realizing I'd have to negotiate with Ann, I instinctively ran a google search on her name to see who I was dealing with and came across the reviews on this site. Yikes.. some harsh reviews on the dealership and on Ann. A bit leery, I moved forward with the transaction and I'm pleased to say my wife and I were treated professionally by everyone at Helfman Alfa. I even waited 2 weeks after our car delivery to make sure everything processed out as it was supposed to before writing any reviews. I'm sure YMMV but I got a good deal and a beautiful car. Bought a brand new 2020 Ram from these people. The rear end sounds like it's about to fall to pieces. I'm a single man and this is my only mode of transportation. Take to their service department and they basically tell me I'm screwed... just leave it with them for 3 to 5 business days. Wouldn't even look at it like they told me they would over the phone. So I'm basically driving a brand new truck waiting for it to break down because they could care less about what they sell you. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE!

I don't think they even deserve 1 star! My boyfriend got a car from there about 6 or 7 months ago and we are still paying on it. Still haven't received the license plates YET! Have called them several times most the time they don't know what I'm talking about. They say oh I'm sorry we didn't know you haven't received anything yet from us, we will send it by next week!" Still to this day haven't received anything at all! We have been buying paper tags EVERY MONTH since we got this car! It's ridiculous! Not only that, we find out they are in trouble over screwing people over or going bankrupt. And the guy that financed the car to us is no longer working there! They wouldn't even tell us why?

They don't service Fiats in San Antonio. You have to drive to Austin which I agreed to. The issue is that I bought a 2015 Fiat in 2016 and the car keeps having problems.
My best friend had dealt with the Ancira on Bandera. I should have done the same. When I call the location on IH-10, they are terribly unhelpful. Having car problems is frustrating enough. Who needs all this frustration?
I should have just bought a used vehicle off Hildebrand Ave or San Pedro Ave. I would have saved myself the a few thousand and a lot of frustration.

We needed a check up on my wife's car but it was going to take a few days because of the work load they had. Mark McCall who just happened to sell us both our cars was more than gracious. He set up all the hassling things it takes to even diagnose a problem and even setup a sweet loaner car. Which by the way is on the list of options for our next purchase. He went above and beyond. I'm unsure of the gentleman who worked on our car but he did so late past his required hours so we could have it back quickly

I purchased my 2017 Fiat 124 Spider in Austin just a little over 1 month ago. My first trip out of town was to Dallas for the Adele concert. So excited about it all. As soon as we got into Dallas we had car trouble with all kinds of instrument lighting going on. I am very happy to say it did not strand us on the busy I-35. But we could go no faster than 30 mph. Safely off the freeway, called for roadside assist, then I called Holt Fiat of Hurst as this was the closest business for this service. This was over 30 miles away. Around 4:30pm I called to tell them my situation and that I would need a loaner car. Had these tickets for concert since Jan. Marcus assured me there would be a Fiat 500 for our use. Due to 5pm traffic and distance we had to drive I was afraid we would not get the towing done by them closing at 6pm. So I called my Austin Dealership and they gave me the general managers mobile number. When "Mr" Dhruve, GM returned my call he states there was no car to loan. Well, do I need to tell you what I said after a brand new car breaking down in traffic, freeway, under 1,000 miles and it being my very first out of town trip??? He states this without even discussing it with anyone else as far as I know. I told him I was promised one by Marcus. Then I had a few more choice words for him. He then states "if he promised you one, then we will find one!" Happy ending, we got a loaner car thanks to Marcus and for Sean staying after 6p to see we got it. Oh, we got to dealership at 6:03. So kudos to great customers service from Sean and Marcus. Mr. Dhruve, I don't know how you ever got your title with your poor customer satisfaction. And this not so great rating was ALL due to "Mr" Dhruve.

At this point, I've only come in for scheduled maintenance. People are friendly. On one occasion, the shuttle driver took me home. Another time, i was given a rental so that I could get to work. They are always clear on maintenance recommendations and prices and I don't have to wait long to get an appointment.

This dealership came highly recommended by a freind. The dealership is beautiful and the majority of the staff are exceptionally wonderful. We live 3 hours from the dealership, drove there Saturday to look at a truck which when we got there wasn’t even as advertised . It was advertised as a manual trans when it was a auto. No big deal mistakes happen. But we also can’t drive the truck because it had just been taken in on trade and they were working on it. Ok, we were still interested. The numbers they came up with on our trade was in the ballpark of what we were looking for. Our only request was to keep our aftermarket bumpers off of our vehicle and not be docked for it like they proposed and for them to make sure we had 2 key fobs. We didn’t haggle the asking price or trade in value. My husband was told by our salesman that “ his manager wasn’t going to loose a deal over $1,500 that we could keep our bumpers, not be docked the $1,500 and that they would get us a 2nd fob” we said we would even take off our own bumpers to save them the shop time and money. So my husband spends his valueable time dropping our bumpers and he yet again drove 3 hours to test drive the other truck and to “ finish the deal” at that point the manager Peter Leighton wants to rudely argue that none of that was agreed upon before hand! He basically insinuated our salesman lied and continued to argue the deal. Now, I’m not in sales but I’m smart enough to not throw my salesman or myself under the bus by either lying or saying someone lied. Mind you we are trading in a 2014 LARAMIE LONGHORN for a 2012 ST/ SLT , same mileage.. and you want to argue over $1,500!! Let’s look at this black and white, WE WERE LIED TO... to get us back into the dealership. They finally agreed to $1,000 on the bumpers , my husband was basically bullied into giving up $500 which was already promised to him. Yes it is only $500 but it is the principle, we don’t do business with cocky rude liars! I was stuck at work and unable to attend this closing otherwise I promise you we would have left in the same truck we pulled in with and went to a more accommodating HONEST dealership. I am LIVID!! I WILL NOT be recommending Oviedo to a single person.

I bought a brand new Jeep Wrangler in December 2017 . I spent 32,000.
In July 2018 my information was used to finance a 2012 Ford pickup for 12,500.
Peters used my SSN ,name, phone number to secure a loan for another customer.
This was Identity Theft and Bank fraud according to the bank investigator where
the loan was taken out. I had to fill out a affidavit to get the bank to stop calling
me and get the loan taken off my credit report. It's now been over 6 months and
there are still inquiries on my credit report that affects my rating. I can't get them
removed. Never again!
