First let me say for those who buy a certified used car the lifetime warranty on the engine, and transmission is not through the brand of your car such as the guy whose mother bought the Audi, its is through Nyle Maxwell and it is his dealerships Forever Warranty. Don't take it to another dealer or they will charge you.
Now with that out of the way I took my daughter here to buy her first car, a Fiat 500 pop, and they were kind and courteous, and when I asked for 500 more on my trade in they gave it to me without a fight. Also they got the interest rate MUCH lower than what we were expecting for my daughter's first car.
A week later we get a call from the dealership and they need my wife and daughter to come back in because they've been able to get a better deal on the costs and my daughter's payment will be even lower than what it was originally.
That is great service from a great little dealership. And for those wanting loaner cars? Fiats are low entry cost cars. They don't have a lot of margin built in to cover things like loaner cars, so don't be expecting the moon when you are buying the moon.

Simply put we would never have bought that car if it hadn't been for Joels persistence and determination to sell it to us. He never gave up on the deal no matter how long it took. We also worked with ryan Hon and Vincent in finance who helped us with a great deal on the car and now my wife is happy with her new Stelvio. Hopefully we get the same service for many years to come at their dealership.

Best dealership in Arlington. I spent over 10 hours a day for 6 days trying to get a deal on a car. Ever single dealerships talk to you like you stupid and play these dumb games. This dealership said they wasn't going to play them games they was going to give me a good deal. La'porsha came out and she was friendly knowledgeable and willing to make this my last dealership. She gave me a trade in price that was so good I didn't have to negotiate, it was more than what I wanted. The car I bought had low miles and was the cheapest within 50 miles. If you want to get a new or used car and you tired of the games, you tired of the salesman's thinking they'll Einstein and you some brainless person. Well go to this dealership if you want to trade in your car they going to give you a good prices, if you want to buy a pre-own car they going to have good prices. After purchasing a vehicle with false miles advertised I was told I would be compensated for the difference in Miles as well as a full tank of gas when I pick up the check the check should be there in four days they told me it has been now 6 weeks and I have called practically every day trying to get someone to call me back and sort this out the sales people will not call you back the store manager will not call you back no matter how many messages you leave and with whom the store manager basically told me the company had bigger things to do than worry about my check I suggest shopping elsewhere it's not worth the hassle
14 hard credit inquires nightmare - Heather Coggin
We bought our daughter a fiat from clear lake.
We found out a few weeks later, they allowed 14 other companies to do hard credit inquires on our credit that all were dated for the same day we bought the car. We did not request or give authorization for more than one credit inquiry.
They refuse to help us get these hard inquires removed.
They have made our lives nightmares

Wish I could give them ZERO stars. Do not under any circumstances even think about buying a car from this dealership. Based on my experience and IMO, the sales staff is extremely inexperienced and the sales manager is providing unbelievably poor coaching to them. Unless you drive up in a Ferrari they will treat you condescendingly and talk to you as if you are a 16 yr old kid with a minimum wage job who knows nothing about cars and has no driving experience. Even if you actually bother to call them out on it and point out their MASSIVE mistake they still won't apologize or do ANYTHING to try and EARN your business. Go ANYWHERE else to buy a car besides this dealership. We’re a 48 yr old couple who are very experienced high horsepower car aficionados, each have credit scores over 800, a 2 million dollar home that’s paid for, and walked in having researched the car and with the money to literally pay for it on the spot. If they treated us this poorly then they’ll treat ANYBODY that way.
Based on my experience and IMO, the sales staff/management are both incompetent and outright condescending. Spend your time and your money elsewhere.

I inquired about a used Corvette for sale at Peters Chevrolet. They do NOT have pics on their web site of this $50,000 car for sale. However it is the year model that I'm looking for, so I asked them to please send me pics of the car. Well, I get a call from a salesman name John. He said before I send pics let me know you looking for in this car. I was like, well, I don't even know if i'll like the car because I don't know how the paint looks, and if there is any damage. And he still won't send pics.....Really? your selling (trying to sell) a $50k but oh no, your not allowed to see pics of the car first. LOL. I live 2 hours away, I need to see pics first. Is that too much to ask? Well, at Peters Chevrolet I guess it is.

I bought from Ancira because I thought they would take care of me and I didn't mind paying extra. I was so wrong!!
They don't service Fiats in San Antonio. You have to drive to Austin which I agreed to. The issue is that I bought a 2015 Fiat in 2016 and the car keeps having problems.
My best friend had dealt with the Ancira on Bandera. I should have done the same. When I call the location on IH-10, they are terribly unhelpful. Having car problems is frustrating enough. Who needs all this frustration?
I should have just bought a used vehicle off Hildebrand Ave or San Pedro Ave. I would have saved myself the a few thousand and a lot of frustration.

I had an awesome experience with the service department. They fixed my car in a timely manner and made my stay as comfortable as possible. While waiting I decided to wander the lot and the auto sales guy I delt with was a little too pushy (turn off).

We needed a check up on my wife's car but it was going to take a few days because of the work load they had. Mark McCall who just happened to sell us both our cars was more than gracious. He set up all the hassling things it takes to even diagnose a problem and even setup a sweet loaner car. Which by the way is on the list of options for our next purchase. He went above and beyond. I'm unsure of the gentleman who worked on our car but he did so late past his required hours so we could have it back quickly

I purchased my 2017 Fiat 124 Spider in Austin just a little over 1 month ago. My first trip out of town was to Dallas for the Adele concert. So excited about it all. As soon as we got into Dallas we had car trouble with all kinds of instrument lighting going on. I am very happy to say it did not strand us on the busy I-35. But we could go no faster than 30 mph. Safely off the freeway, called for roadside assist, then I called Holt Fiat of Hurst as this was the closest business for this service. This was over 30 miles away. Around 4:30pm I called to tell them my situation and that I would need a loaner car. Had these tickets for concert since Jan. Marcus assured me there would be a Fiat 500 for our use. Due to 5pm traffic and distance we had to drive I was afraid we would not get the towing done by them closing at 6pm. So I called my Austin Dealership and they gave me the general managers mobile number. When "Mr" Dhruve, GM returned my call he states there was no car to loan. Well, do I need to tell you what I said after a brand new car breaking down in traffic, freeway, under 1,000 miles and it being my very first out of town trip??? He states this without even discussing it with anyone else as far as I know. I told him I was promised one by Marcus. Then I had a few more choice words for him. He then states "if he promised you one, then we will find one!" Happy ending, we got a loaner car thanks to Marcus and for Sean staying after 6p to see we got it. Oh, we got to dealership at 6:03. So kudos to great customers service from Sean and Marcus. Mr. Dhruve, I don't know how you ever got your title with your poor customer satisfaction. And this not so great rating was ALL due to "Mr" Dhruve.

At this point, I've only come in for scheduled maintenance. People are friendly. On one occasion, the shuttle driver took me home. Another time, i was given a rental so that I could get to work. They are always clear on maintenance recommendations and prices and I don't have to wait long to get an appointment.
