Ordered a Maverick and got it at MSRP, no hassles. It took almost 500 days to get my truck (Ford's fault, not theirs) and they kept me informed all the way through the process. When my truck did arrive they informed me as it rolled off the carrier and had it ready to pick up the next day. They honored my original order price and no hassles when I brought my own financing. There was no ADM/Market adjustment, and no mandatory dealer add-ons. Cory Osage (salesman) and Don Johnson (sales manager were great throughout the whole experience. Would definitely recommend if you want to order a Ford.

Service appointment was awful. Service guy was an hour late after changing appt time from 10:30 AM to noon. Once started, failed to keep me informed; had to hunt him down. Job was a 15-min recall program update to transmission software. Finally got my F-150 returned at 2:00 PM. I’ve bought a lot of vehicles fro Joe Myer. This visit was par for their decline to poor support.
