After being told I was receiving a loaner for my vehicles service I received an email saying I’d be taking a shuttle. Even though I had bought 4 vehicles from this dealership (2 of them Porsches) I was denied a loaner. I was told that my service didn’t qualify for a loaner. I also deal with Sewell Audi which gives you a loaner for any service. They get it. This dealership is highly disappointing.

This has to be the worst dealership I've ever been to! I've owned a Lexus and Audi before and never been treated this way from a luxury car dealership. No one acted like they were willing to help and the service gentleman was too busy to call me back and discuss my vehicle service options. Even the salesmen were rude and wouldn't acknowledge me when I was trying to ask for help!
I recommend taking it to a luxury service center before taking it here!!

My husband and I just left this dealership. Not only did we not purchase the vehicle we went looking for, no one even acknowledged us. We sat in 3 different vehicles and not one salesperson asked if we were being helped. I was so disappointed that I told my husband that I was ready to leave. Customer service is terrible!!! I received better service at Car Max. As a matter of fact, 'VIC', a young man that works in the back, offered more assistance than the salesperson.

Everyone told me to go here. I did and had a basic electrical and brake line issue. They doubled talked me. Basically, it was let us go in there and find out more and oh by the way, its going to cost a lot. In the end they took forever, charged me a ton. I wont go back. I have found another service place that are ethical.

Went in to pay cash for a Range Rover and it seems they assumed - for whatever reason - we were not serious, and refused to give us serious service. Reported the incident to Land Rover North America, which never bothered to respond. Since then I have seen many reviews of awful customer service from Land Rover dealers. We bought a Cadillac Escalade instead - which is a much better vehicle, costs less to maintain, and has better service, in my opinion.
