Best car buying experience I’ve had so far - PSIII
This was my third car buying experience and second with a luxury car company.
By far, my sales rep Cade Mannetti was exactly what I would’ve expected in a sales person affiliated with the Jaguar brand. The entire experience mirrored what I would normally only see in a well-produced commercial about a car brand.
He was very knowledgeable about the brand and vehicle I purchased. Even when I had questions about concerns that I researched about the car.
He saved me a lot of time by sending quick text messages negotiating price, car color, year, mileage, etc.
For the first time in my car buying experience I didn’t feel pressured to pick the car, the car& brand basically sold itself because I felt fully informed when I made my decision.
I look forward to exploring more of what the Jaguar brand has to offer in the future.

Poor Customer Service - Johnson
Making an appointment by phone with the appointment desk continues to be an absolute nightmare. I have a jag and this marks the third time that I've made an appointment for service and had the same awful experience. My check engine light came on two days ago, so I immediately called to make an appointment and was told someone would call me back to try to get me in soon since I'm worried about continuing to drive the car under the circumstances. No one ever called. I called back and was disconnected twice before finally talking to someone at the appointment desk who scheduled my service for next week (6 days away) even after learning that my check engine light is on. No advise, no warnings, no consultation - I just need to continue to drive around for 6 days with my check engine light on before Momentum will service my jag. That's ridiculous! My husband has a Toyota and he warned me about Jaguar's service.

We visited Land Rover, SA with the intent of just shopping but instead we drove off in our BEAUTIFUL 2018 Range Rover Evoque!!! The whole experience was fantastic from beginning to end but.... Have had several dealings with this store and Damon Spears the GM is clearly not qualified to run this operation. At best he once might have been a so-so salesman. He does not value long term customers and I have owned several Rovers all of which I was forced to get elsewhere as he tried to take advantage of me as to the value of my trade in each time. Jim Snell the owner has had the wool pulled over his eyes as far as I and other customers I have spoken with are concerned.

My husband and I just left this dealership. Not only did we not purchase the vehicle we went looking for, no one even acknowledged us. We sat in 3 different vehicles and not one salesperson asked if we were being helped. I was so disappointed that I told my husband that I was ready to leave. Customer service is terrible!!! I received better service at Car Max. As a matter of fact, 'VIC', a young man that works in the back, offered more assistance than the salesperson.

Went in to pay cash for a Range Rover and it seems they assumed - for whatever reason - we were not serious, and refused to give us serious service. Reported the incident to Land Rover North America, which never bothered to respond. Since then I have seen many reviews of awful customer service from Land Rover dealers. We bought a Cadillac Escalade instead - which is a much better vehicle, costs less to maintain, and has better service, in my opinion.

Everyone told me to go here. I did and had a basic electrical and brake line issue. They doubled talked me. Basically, it was let us go in there and find out more and oh by the way, its going to cost a lot. In the end they took forever, charged me a ton. I wont go back. I have found another service place that are ethical.
