First thing in the review i would like to be thankful for the hospitality of land rover frisco which is the top most when compared to other competitors. The sales reps are friendly and highly knowledgeable about the product. Malcom Hogde was one of the best sales rep i have ever interacted so far. Land Rover purchase was has hassle free and easy and straightforward if we know what the car we need to buy at the end of the day. Malcom helped me in choosing the best which inturn leads to purchase of new Range Rover Velar. It was most remarkable experience working with Malcom to close the deal and get the car. The customer service is exceptionally good from day1 we entered the showroom. It is hassle free, no rush environment. I have been with many of my friends for the purchase of the vehicles and even i did couple past but this was outstanding experience. I would highly recommend choosing land rover frisco if any intrested to buy a land rover as they are the best ever seen.

The best customer service I have received in a very long time. We went in for another key to be made and have our newly purchased used Range Rover (that we just purchased at a cadillac dealership) looked at before the warranty runs out. Mel Valadez helped us and was awesome. Very very nice guy. Called and updated us and great customer service all the way around. (even though we had purchased somewhere else. We love our Range Rover and (by the way nothing was wrong with it) we highly recommend this service center.

I purchased my new Land Rover two months ago and they still haven’t sent me my plates. Jake from finance said they won’t send them until they receive our full down payment. This down payment is something we obviously paid for at the dealership, prior to leaving with the car. We used a debit card and their card processor. The funds left our account within minutes. Here we are, two months later, and they are still claiming they never received the funds. Jake called and asked us to send him proof that the funds left our account, so we did. He said that should be sufficient enough. Then, after still not sending our plates, he asked us to call the bank and see where they sent the money. My husband and I both called he bank separately and they told us they followed the money trail to Land Rover. We even tried to phone call in Jake with the bank but he was “busy.” After completing his second request, they still won’t send us our plates. They have apparently figured out that the money is stuck somewhere between the bank and their credit card company, which is out of my hands, yet they STILL wont send me my plates after we have repeatedly done what they asked of us. I should have never gone to this delearship and purchased this car. I regret it every day.

Poor customer retention in the Service department. Service reps don't even schedule a service session for almost a month. Lot of back and forth for loaner vehicles and they dont even call customers to give an update or schedule a future date.
off market brake pads and rotors installed - Mimi
Immediately after purchase a used Volvo, my air conditioner did not work. This was repaired after 4 to 5 visits, and only after taking to Volvo for service. Now, after less than 9,000 miles driven, the brakes squeak and must be replaced. Why? Because the dealership installed "off market" brake pads and rotors, not Volvo parts. The dealership has refused to credit for either parts or labor by Volvo service. I suggest anyone who is considering service for a car, not Jaguar or Land Rover, go to another dealership service department.

Went in to pay cash for a Range Rover and it seems they assumed - for whatever reason - we were not serious, and refused to give us serious service. Reported the incident to Land Rover North America, which never bothered to respond. Since then I have seen many reviews of awful customer service from Land Rover dealers. We bought a Cadillac Escalade instead - which is a much better vehicle, costs less to maintain, and has better service, in my opinion.

Everyone told me to go here. I did and had a basic electrical and brake line issue. They doubled talked me. Basically, it was let us go in there and find out more and oh by the way, its going to cost a lot. In the end they took forever, charged me a ton. I wont go back. I have found another service place that are ethical.
