DO NOT USE. Horrific experience. They will attempt to overcharge after you agree to an estimate. If you use this dealer, carefully review your invoice before paying. I caught them overcharging me $900 for four tires. Gave away my loaner car and after three weeks trying to get another appointment, they finally had me get a loaner car from Enterprise where I had to pickup and return. Not what you would expect from a luxury brand. I sold my Range Rover because of poor service.

Two years later...UPDATE...I was initially pleased with my purchase and the salesman. Now I want to sell my Landrover Discovery Sport and never purchase one again. Landrover San Antonio lacks repair support for their own vehicle brand. When I purchased my vehicle I wanted a black edition. There were none in stock. The Landrover Service department doesn't paint rims and grills. They use an individual (not a company) that comes to their site and does it for them. I paid Landrover direct for this upgrade. Two years later the paint job started peeling. Landrover said it was not covered under my warranty because they didn't do the work themselves. An individual they hired did the work and the 2 year warranty he provides is up. Now my panoramic glass roof is cracked. Once again, I'm told that they don't do this work. That they don't work on glass at their service center. They have an individual (not a company) that does this for them. That I would need to get with him to get an estimate to provide to my insurance company. I had also contacted glass replacement companies (Safelite etc.) in San Antonio. All but one will replace the panoramic roof but I'd have to purchase it first and have it sent to their shop. This is way to much of a hassle to deal with. I have a great insurance company (USAA) and purchased a "Luxury " brand vehicle but I am the one that is stressed out and doing all the leg work. I've worked in auto insurance and know glass roofs can be problematic. I'm guessing this is why Landrover doesn't do their own because they do not want to warrant the work. If I have this individual (not a company) do the work am I going to have the same problem 2 years from now like the paint job?! Extremely unhappy and went from 5 stars to 1 star.

Leased a Hybrid sport 3 months ago. Has been in the shop 3 times. Most recent time approaching 4 weeks. They have no idea how to fix it, no concern or sense of urgency and you can’t get anyone from NJ or the UK to even return an email. Asked for money back but that is totally getting ignored. We are running out of options.

In May 2019 I took my Landrover Evoque to Garcia Landrover of El Paso for a simple oil change and tire rotation. A service that was supposed to be routine became a nightmare. My vehicle's lug nuts WERE NOT tightened after the tire rotation and my wheel flew off in the middle of Mesa.
After picking my vehicle up at the dealership, I began my drive back home to the west side of El Paso. Almost immediately I heard a horrible, loud noise coming from the front of the car. I immediately exited the freeway and called my service advisor. I explained to him what was happening, and he stated that everything was fine and assured me that the technician had test driven the vehicle before I picked it up. Against my better judgement and trusting his, I continued to drive my vehicle, but the noise continued to get worse. I again stopped the car and called the service advisor at which time he repeatedly told me that everything was fine. I was driving slowly up Mesa, the noise continued to get worse, all of the sudden I heard a loud crashing sound - my tire had completely fallen off of the car. I happened to be in front of a fire station and the firemen ran out to help me. They had to pry the door open in order for me to exit the vehicle. There was extensive damage to my car. I contacted Landrover immediately assuming that they would send someone out to help me, but they did not seem to be bothered by what had happened. They stated that they would call a tow truck, but after waiting in the hot sun for an hour and a half a police officer called one and they arrived immediately. Nobody offered to come and pick me up and stated that the service department was closing at 1:00pm on Saturday so if I wanted a loaner I would need to pick the keys up from the General Manager. When I arrived at the dealership, he was not only not sympathetic, but completely indifferent.
Not only is their work obviously shotty, but they do not care about their customer's wellbeing. I can't imagine what would have happened if this occurred on the freeway of if I had my young child with me. I would recommend taking your Landrover anywhere else to be serviced, but here.

Everyone told me to go here. I did and had a basic electrical and brake line issue. They doubled talked me. Basically, it was let us go in there and find out more and oh by the way, its going to cost a lot. In the end they took forever, charged me a ton. I wont go back. I have found another service place that are ethical.
