He’s professional and knows exactly what needed to be done before I had to ask. He kept me updated, via text messages every step of the way! I won’t use any other dealership or service provider.

I first interacted with Colby during my research phase while I was deciding on a vehicle. He was very helpful, and not pushy at all; he took the time to answer my questions, and let me look and test drive as needed. When I was ready to pull the trigger, I went back to him and both he and Tanner seamlessly helped me through the process of leasing my Palisade. They were very fair and open and communicated clearly when it came to negotiating the price on the Palisade and my trade in. There were a few minor things that needed to be addressed after the sale was complete, and Jase and Kyle did not hesitate to jump in and get things resolved expeditiously! In addition to the sale, they did an outstanding job on the customizations that I ordered through them. The service department was also great to work with in getting the wireless charging pad ordered that was DOA from the factory, and got me squeezed in the next day once they got the part. I definitely recommend these folks if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Larry H Miller review I purchased my current vehicle at Larry H Miller Chevrolet in Murray. My experience with this purchase was amazing, setting the standard for all car purchases. Because of my experience, I referred seven people to Larry H Miller Chevy-Murray to purchase vehicles. All seven friends successfully made purchases ranging from Equinox’s to Tahoes. So, when Larry H Miller reached out to me this past Monday, asking if I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle and they would pay above the standard trade-in value, I was intrigued. So I went in to talk. Well, the experience seemed promising at first. I test-drove a new Equinox and liked it. The trade offer was exactly the blue book trade-in value, not the way above as promised; this should have been my first clue to this experience. We talked about payment options, and the process began. The sales manager suggested that while they worked out the details, instead of sitting there waiting, as he said they were backlogged, I could go back to work and they would reach out to me that afternoon or Tuesday morning at the latest. That was fine by me. When I didn’t hear from them by midday Tuesday, I sent the salesperson and the sales manager a text message and called, leaving a voicemail. I have not heard back from any of these attempts. On Wednesday, I called again, but there was no response. Then today, Saturday, I decided to make one final attempt at contacting Larry H Miller Chevy. No response. If they weren’t interested in making a deal, say so. I’m okay with that. However, this non-communication is unprofessional and shows no respect for the customer. After this experience, I will never refer anyone to Larry H Miller Chevy Murray again or any Larry H Miller dealership. Their current treatment of the customer is horrible, and obviously, they do not care about the customer in any way. I am just one person, and this experience has been the worst. I say shop elsewhere.

I found out they were charging me an extra $3500 for a bunch on worthless insurances without my OK. They offered only to give back $1100. But after 2 months I still hadent received 1 dime.

After dealing with 4 other dealerships, I finally found this one. These guys are so kind and genuine. I worked with Moe and he was one of the best salesmen I have dealt with in years. I purchased an extremely nice 2014 Porsche Panamera Turbo from them and it is absolutely flawless!!! As a young executive, Myself and my company have been featured in multiple magazines and newspapers & I will tell you first hand I don't play games when it comes to spending my money. This is the best used exotic car dealership in the US if you ask me. Excellent Pricing, and they even took my car to Porsche for free to have it inspected professionally before I spent a dollar. I would give this dealer a minus 10 stars if I could lying, deceitful is just a start I bought a salvage title truck from them which they said was repaired like new had electrical problems 5 miles after I left. They refused to take it back. They installed windsheild wrong, didn't repair broken brake cable, installed battery cable wrong,causing many components to fail, door bolts were loose. I could go on. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM

I went to markosians to purchase a Lincoln aviator that was online for $10,300. We I got to the dealer they gave me $11,300 as the sale price. After showing them the online ad for $10,300 they agreed to honor the price. However, after inspecting the vehicle to find it needed some minor work and new tires to pass safety we negotiated down to $9,300 if I agreed to take the vehicle as is.I was happy with the deal and signed the papers provided. Unfortunately I was not sharp enough to check the price that was printed on the contract until after I had signed it because they put the full $10,300 on the contract and processed the loan at the higher price. Then I was stuck paying for repairs and new tires on top of the $10,300 price. Don't make the mistake I did. If you want to risk doing business with these scammers make sure you double check all your paper work before you sign anything.

They sent me the paperwork in advance so it only took 1 hour from landing at Salt Lake airport until I completed the inspection, paperwork and drove off with a great deal.
