Took my son's jeep.in fir a prescheduled appointment on 6/30, had to go get $100 cash fir a loaner because they wouldn't let us wait. The loaner was filthy and too small for my son. They were authorized to diagnose turn signals and headlights and wipers. They sent us a video showing diagnosed water pump, thermostat and fog lights. Spent $4.62 fir parts a supposed faulty wire and charged $501.58. Today the wipers don't work, no turn signals or headlights. They fixed nothing. BBB and disputing the charges is next. The service tech was beligerant and rude. Texted my son saying he wants to get it back in and maybe there is more damage they didn't diagnose or find. Run from them, take them to small claims and tell everyone they are crooks.

He was very helpful, and not pushy at all; he took the time to answer my questions, and let me look and test drive as needed. When I was ready to pull the trigger, I went back to him and both he and Tanner seamlessly helped me through the process of leasing my Palisade. They were very fair and open and communicated clearly when it came to negotiating the price on the Palisade and my trade in. There were a few minor things that needed to be addressed after the sale was complete, and Jase and Kyle did not hesitate to jump in and get things resolved expeditiously! In addition to the sale, they did an outstanding job on the customizations that I ordered through them. The service department was also great to work with in getting the wireless charging pad ordered that was DOA from the factory, and got me squeezed in the next day once they got the part. I definitely recommend these folks if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

I attempted to buy a full size pickup after telling me the price at 42,000 they then said 52,000 with a 941.00 monthly payment. I had 7,000 down and they never even ran my credit which is decent. Once I declined they then tried to down sale me into a Colorado when I told them I already have a Colorado. This place completely insulted my intelligence and I would never buy a car here or recommend them. They are desperate to rip people off.

I found out they were charging me an extra $3500 for a bunch on worthless insurances without my OK. They offered only to give back $1100. But after 2 months I still hadent received 1 dime.

I purchased a vehicle from Provo GMC and have driven it less than 2,000 miles. In that short time, it’s already been in the shop three times and now it needs a completely new engine. Before the engine failure, I even tried to sell it back to Provo GMC at a financial loss, hoping to cut my losses early, but they wouldn't even consider it. It’s clear to me now that there were underlying issues from the beginning. I’m incredibly disappointed by how this situation has been handled and by the lack of accountability from the dealership. I expected better both in terms of product quality and customer care.

I would give this dealer a minus 10 stars if I could lying, deceitful is just a start I bought a salvage title truck from them which they said was repaired like new had electrical problems 5 miles after I left. They refused to take it back. They installed windsheild wrong, didn't repair broken brake cable, installed battery cable wrong,causing many components to fail, door bolts were loose. I could go on. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM

I went to markosians to purchase a Lincoln aviator that was online for $10,300. We I got to the dealer they gave me $11,300 as the sale price. After showing them the online ad for $10,300 they agreed to honor the price. However, after inspecting the vehicle to find it needed some minor work and new tires to pass safety we negotiated down to $9,300 if I agreed to take the vehicle as is.I was happy with the deal and signed the papers provided. Unfortunately I was not sharp enough to check the price that was printed on the contract until after I had signed it because they put the full $10,300 on the contract and processed the loan at the higher price. Then I was stuck paying for repairs and new tires on top of the $10,300 price. Don't make the mistake I did. If you want to risk doing business with these scammers make sure you double check all your paper work before you sign anything.
