Absolutely amazing are the only words we can think to describe nap! We came to nap years ago and it was the worst experience we’ve ever had they were rude snoooty and just downright terrible! So when we walked in this time we weren’t expecting much we were just waiting for the turn down! But we walked In and immediately met Roger and he is by far the best car salesman we’ve ever had! We gave him a challenge and he made it a reality!! And the finance guy Ryan is a master in his field!! he made the impossible happen! Never did we think we’d be driving off in the vehicle that we did! And then to top it off they got us a second vehicle! I would give zero stars if possible. We visited Young Subaru on 03/16/2024. We were introduced to the salesman, Alex, who we discussed our specific needs with - a car for the next 2-3 years that was reliable and affordable while we work on improving our credit. Despite our concerns about our lack of experience with manual transmission vehicles, Alex insisted that a 2017 VW Jetta with a stick shift was the perfect fit for us within our desired price range. He assured us that learning to drive a manual would be easy and would not cause any harm to the car. On 03/20/24 we experienced a serious issue when the clutch malfunctioned, leaving us stranded. Thanks to the help of a kind police officer and a Good Samaritan, we were able to move the car to a safe location. Unable to reach the dealership that night, we had to Uber home, leaving the car locked in a parking lot until the next day. Upon contacting the dealership, they initially offered to tow the car and provide a temporary replacement vehicle while they repaired it. However, we were shocked to learn that they deemed the clutch issue as "normal wear and tear" and insisted we pay $2,500 for the repairs, which were not covered by the warranty. They also changed their minds about issuing us a loaner car. This turn of events left us utterly bewildered. As of 03/22/24, we have not received any further communication or resolution from the dealership regarding this matter. My question is how does someone feel okay to sell someone a poorly working car and how is it normal wear and tear when we have had it for less than a week??! This leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

After several years of dealing with larry h miller toyota in murray, utah, I'm done. Moving on to someone else.. I have NO confidence in their service techs. I've been told things are done and they haven't been. I have been told I need service when they didn't look at service records or even physically look at my fluids. I have dealt with two service managers and all they can say is..... I'm sorry. so moving on. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE.

In my eyes customer service is everything. A company is only as good as its customer service. My husband and I were traveling late at night when our 2023 Kia Sorento malfunctioned in the middle of an intersection. We took it to the nearest Auto Zone since we were out of town and it was late. We got the codes printed out and cleared. We scheduled an appointment with Young Kia and took it in to get looked it. I was extremely frustrated with Larry Nebeker & his unprofessional way he handled things. He wouldn't even look at the car. He was confrontational and it was handled very poorly.

Lupe and Nico were extremely helpful and their hospitality was truly high quality. They were there for me at every step of the way. It was a long process but lets be honest when is this process ever fast. Our biggest and most time consuming issue was insurance, however every issue we had was made so smooth thanks to these two legends. Truly I wouldn't ask for a better team when getting into a car. Thank you Lupe and thank you Nico. I only hope that next time I need a car I can get a team half as good as these guys.

Colton was the best...he narrowed it down fairly quickly what was important to us and the price point. He took us to several dealerships so we saw many cars, when we found the one we ended up buying, we all knew immediately we had found the right car. We knew it and he knew it. Finance manager was great. Car did have a dashboard issue - so we will see how they help on that. Over all - a very positive experience!

I had nothing but good experiences when I went. It was end of the month and got a great deal. My sales guy Caleb wasn’t pushy and easy to work with. Financing was easy but it did take awhile (a few hours to get everything wrapped up). I had already done my research and knew what a good deal looked like for the car I was looking for. The shot straight and I walked away happy.

All our correspondence was by text and email and upon arrival at the dealership they took my car out for a test drive and inspection. They came back with an additional $1000 for my trade over what they quoted. I would definitely take my business there again.

Young dealerships do not share trade-in appraisals with each other. I took my mint condition vehicle to one dealership and they valued it at $38,600 after a short test drive. Total time, about 20 min. and they gave me a copy of the Live Market Report Their inventory was empty and I went to YCDJ in Layton. The salesman was Thomas. This guy should think about flipping hamburgers. Terrible at being a customer service type guy. Thomas walked around my vehicle, took a pic, and headed for his office. About 10 min later, he informed me that my vehicle was worth, $29,000. No test drive, no Market Report.. His attitude reflected that he was doing me a favor at $29,000. The Market Report that the first dealership completed, shows that my vehicle, low miles, was valued at $37,000 trade in value and retail at over $50,000. I don't get this dealership's position, other than greed. The information on the trade-in value is on their web page. How can they dispute their own information. Anyways, it's a Jeep dealership, without any Jeeps visible on the lot. They have 25+ Dodge vehicles inside the showroom, but I was interested in Jeeps. If you want a Jeep, try Ken Garff dealerships..
