Hands down best experience ever purchasing a vehicle. Awesome customer service best pricing and once again best customer service. We were unable to test drive the vehicle on the highway but still loved it. Took it on a trip and had a slight vibration from the rear. We called Mike no questions asked he told us to bring it in. He had the tires rotated balanced and emmisions done free of charge and gave my wife a loaner car for the day. She picked it up and the problem was still there but was not as bad. Mike took the car back and out all new tires on it. Who does that? Car Expo. Highly recommend them to anyone and will definetly go there first if I am in the market for another vehicle.

Jeep Liberty Lemon - Lemon Jeep

Bought a Jeep Liberty with a trade in in July 2017. Had to made several trips to get the plates and Jeep ready for me. Kept me waiting and not organized. Put around 3000 mile on the jeep and the engine is shot. Spent over $4300 in replacement engine and labor. Selling lemons not Cars!

Walked in, kind of knew what I was looking for, but was greeted by a very no pressure, friendly salesman, Lindy Hatchett, who walked me through the types of cars and options. We came back later in the day, and Lindy stayed 5 hours beyond the time he was supposed to go home. We drove a few, discussed price with very reasonable and personable staff members, and settled on a price we all could be happy with. it was a very low key, enjoyable experience that we would recommend to anyone!

Rip off - MAD CUSTOMER

Omar/ Joey sold me a 2008 Benz, I was told that my loan was a no interest loan and my car will be paid off in 3 years. I just found out after 6 months that was a lie. I have a 5 year loan with interest. They are con artists and I wouldn't recommend no one to buy from this dealership. The Loan officer just told me she was surprise that I purchase the car. I wish she would have said something sooner.

We had a miserable experience with service at this dealership, not once but repeatedly. Not only do they not accept any responsibility for their mistakes nor try to make it right, they are not communicative, and are disrespectful. For a car brand that markets itself as luxury, this service department delivers otherwise. Highly recommend you seek service elsewhere. We had our Volvo shipped here from the overseas delivery program and needed a new bumper - the paint shop used a color that did not match the rest of the car. When we pointed out that it did not match, they first tried to convince us it did and when that did not work, they tried to say paint adheres differently to metal and plastic (which makes no sense since the paint took fine to metal and plastic on the rest of the car). The kicker to this first experience with them was that they damaged our door handle and tried to hide it from us, even trying to delay our arrival to buy them more time to let the paint set hoping we would not notice. Ultimately, we had to leave with the vehicle as is because they said there was nothing they could do. We brought the vehicle back to have damage to the rim repaired under a tire protection warranty. At first, their vendor put on a finish that was matte instead of gloss. When we reached out to have it corrected, the initial response was accusatory that we did something wrong. They begrudgingly had us bring it back to have it done correctly and they shockingly billed the warranty company again. A couple of months later, the clear coat finish their vendor applied started cracking. When we reached out, the service manager included a screenshot of our "anonymous" survey response in the email and told us we would be better serviced somewhere else (they were right, it turns out). We tried to go elsewhere for this issue, but the warranty company made us go back to Midlothian to have it fixed, since their vendor did the initial work. Once we finally heard back from the service manager, Midlothian refused to do anything. We cc'd their GM, who also did nothing. Save yourself the frustration—take your vehicle somewhere else.

Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Almost all of them always have a smile on their face. They explain the things that will be done to my vehicle ahead of time so I'm aware if there will be any charges upon me leaving. One visit my children were showing their age (at the time twins were 3 and a 1 year old) and one of the lady employees brought some coloring books in the lounge to help occupy them. That helped very much! I've been comfortable since day one going there since I purchased my van in 2012. Thank ya'll so much for making my visits a great experience. Zero stars...They sold us a broken vehicle that we overpaid for to begin with and now refuse to fix it even though the condition was pre-existing as their mechanics simply shut off the check engine light. Do not buy a car from here as the risk of buying a lemon is extremely HIGH and their crooked unethical behavior will leave you out to dry. Seeing as though this will not allow me to comment on your post full of lies trying to deceive the public I will extend my explanation. We have an estimate from a nationally recognized Meineke only 6 days after our purchase on the 19th that shows $4,700 in pre-existing damages. You did not offer a Cancelation warranty which in compliance of NJ state law you are violating and will be sought after by the law in civil court to correct this injustice. Simple matter of the facts are that we spent $6k on a car that your salesman George displayed to use as having no underlying issues. Facts of the matter are that your vehicle had pre-existing faults that were your and still are your responsibility to fix under merchantability and fitness warranties that accordingly to NJ state law you ARE required to uphold by and are currently conducting illegal business practice. You sell lemons and upon further investigation I have found many many other negative reviews with the same situation as mine. I won’t stand for bad businesses like yourself to continue illegal profitability.
