They are inattentive to the customer after you buy the vehicle. This is the second and last car I will buy from them. Overall, with in the last two months I have had extremely poor care with both the sales department and the customer service department. You can also get cheaper prices elsewhere but the convenience of buying local is what brought me in. Never again...would rather take a day off of work and drive to Columbus, Mark Porter, or Charleston.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we found ourselves having to replace our 2017 Jeep Latitude, which we purchased from Goldy. I found a great price online, sent an inquiry-was told that vehicle had all available discounts applied in the price quoted, which few qualify for. I knew to expect an increase in price, but not the $10,000+ more than advertised! So disappointed! I will say that they promptly responded to my inquiry and the salesperson seemed personable, but definitely steered us away from the vehicle we asked about. He didn't offer to see what discounts we would have qualified for. At least that way we would have had some idea of the actual price of the vehicle to help us make an informed decision. I have since checked the website, and it seems that they have now listed the vehicle as "inquire for price" instead of an actual price listed. Wasted a trip, and definitely will look else where for a replacement.

I drove an hour and a half to look at a used ram 2500. Got there and road tested the truck to only find out the clutch was slipping very badly. This truck was supposedly gone over by their service dept. The sales manager said they’d have their service dept look at this again. A week later they get the clutch replaced at a local shop (not by the dealer). I reached back out looking to see if it was done only to find out they’re now not interested in selling me the truck because my trade in was too expensive. The salesman quote was “your truck is worth more than mine, however the owner does not like to cut checks back on vehicle purchases so he doesn’t really want to take your truck on trade”. (I have a 2018 f150 I’m trading btw) I pressed a little more asking if the owner would talk to me and his response was no he will not take your call. I wasted hours of my time for a dealership to only turn my business away when I was very clear up front what I was trading in. No wonder this place appears to be on the brink of going out of business. I would not recommend anyone waste their time with this place.

Drove over there today to trade with them. I had my car cleaned out and my title in hand. My car is a five year old camaro convertible with only 16 thousand miles, they did not even offer me average trade in value. The sales manager did not look at my car. They could have at least thanked me for coming in. Were a very cold group of people. Sorry I even gave them a chance.

I bought a truck at Victory, and I was pretty pleased. Until I have seen their service after the sale attitude. They were nice as can be when they are tying to sell you something. But after, beware. I bought it out of state, so I have to get an inspection done in my state. When I took it there, it failed because there were holes in the rocker panel. They neglected to tell me that the running boards were ripped off the trunk in an accident fashion. When the running boards were ripped off, it left behind big holes where the bolts were ripped from the rocker panel.
I called the sales guy, and he told me they would not do anything for me because they lost money on the deal. That's not my fault they priced the truck wrong. The salesman got rude with me, he actually said "you bought a used truck, you are a grown man and can make your own decisions," who says that to a customer... then said have a nice day and hung up on me. I mean, it only took three days for him to finally answer his phone after multiple voicemails. All I want is the holes patched. I got a local estimate and it was only $350. Fix it or reimburse me either way is fine. I don't think my request was off base. Its not like I asked them to put brand new step sides on it. It is a matter of safety. Fumes could leak into the cab. They sold me a truck that will not pass a yearly inspection. Not to mention these open holes will probably start to rust, if they aren't already. I will be reaching out to the owner, and I have already filled out the paper work for the attorney general in WV. Once I get all the copies they require, I will mail it out.
I am not the type to ever complain about businesses, or people. Everyone has a bad day, but after telling my story to a few people, I am going to take action this time. I just cannot believe the way they talked to me. Raising his voice and hanging up on me is just an unacceptable way of doing business. You'd think I was taking money out of his pocket. I like my truck, I just want a basic thing fixed, not the attitude and rudeness that comes along with it. People can go buy a car or truck anywhere, now a days its reputation that matters.
