Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara - ADC
We had an excellent experience at Astorg when we bought our new Jeep. Our salesman, Chuck Frederick, was great to work with. He was very kind and knowledgeable. Everyone at Astorg made our vehicle buying experience a positive one. We will definitely be coming back for any future vehicle purchases!
Was an outstanding experience. We were from out of town.... - Kevin
Was an outstanding experience. We were from out of town. They called explained the issue and got right on it. One of the best experiences we have had with maintenance.

Racist owner, damaged my Jeep. - Overland83
Took my Jeep for an oil change and tire rotation and the techs damaged my SRT wheels. Damage was blatantly caused by removing the lug nuts and scratching the holes. There was also damage from laying the wheels face down on the ground. Showed damage to manager and he said there was nothing I could do about it because I couldn't prove they caused the damage. This dealership was the only dealership that ever touched the wheels since the day the vehicle was purchased. Spoke to owner in front of waiting area at service department, owner said same thing and then stated he wasn't going to fix the damage. Then owner loudly stated in front of everyone in service waiting area, that we were in a "Mexican standoff". Owner knew then and prior that I was of Hispanic descent. Owner than stated that it didn't matter because I didn't even purchase the vehicle from him so why would he want to fix it for me. All this conversation was recorded and available for anyone who wants to hear it.
My review - PLW
Had a great experience. The staff was great and didn’t have to spend half a day squabbling over details. While I would have preferred a lower interest rate I did end up with a livable payment.

Drove over there today to trade with them. I had my car... - garyandbettylovejoy
Drove over there today to trade with them. I had my car cleaned out and my title in hand. My car is a five year old camaro convertible with only 16 thousand miles, they did not even offer me average trade in value. The sales manager did not look at my car. They could have at least thanked me for coming in. Were a very cold group of people. Sorry I even gave them a chance.
Front end alignment not properly done. - Blueyes7266
I had previously wrote a review about a front end alignment not properly done. I want to thank Joe Urse service director for taking the responsibility for the issue and he took care of everything for me. He had promised to take care of what was improperly done and he did quickly. Thank you for your help.

Stay Away!!! The Absolute Worst - Linda
It doesn’t take much to satisfy me as a consumer. Just a straight forward approach, a useable product, and don’t lie to me.
Well the people at Urse cannot do any of those things. I’m not going to post the gory details but they flat out lie to their customers. The owner is a disgusting person. He is supposedly a married man but made passes at me 2 separate times
He is a complete pig and idiot. I will never come back
Victory Dodge Chrysler Jeep - Service after the sale BAD - matt1234
This dealership changed hands and is now Victory Dodge
I bought a truck at Victory, and I was pretty pleased. Until I have seen their service after the sale attitude. They were nice as can be when they are tying to sell you something. But after, beware. I bought it out of state, so I have to get an inspection done in my state. When I took it there, it failed because there were holes in the rocker panel. They neglected to tell me that the running boards were ripped off the trunk in an accident fashion. When the running boards were ripped off, it left behind big holes where the bolts were ripped from the rocker panel.
I called the sales guy, and he told me they would not do anything for me because they lost money on the deal. That's not my fault they priced the truck wrong. The salesman got rude with me, he actually said "you bought a used truck, you are a grown man and can make your own decisions," who says that to a customer... then said have a nice day and hung up on me. I mean, it only took three days for him to finally answer his phone after multiple voicemails. All I want is the holes patched. I got a local estimate and it was only $350. Fix it or reimburse me either way is fine. I don't think my request was off base. Its not like I asked them to put brand new step sides on it. It is a matter of safety. Fumes could leak into the cab. They sold me a truck that will not pass a yearly inspection. Not to mention these open holes will probably start to rust, if they aren't already. I will be reaching out to the owner, and I have already filled out the paper work for the attorney general in WV. Once I get all the copies they require, I will mail it out.
I am not the type to ever complain about businesses, or people. Everyone has a bad day, but after telling my story to a few people, I am going to take action this time. I just cannot believe the way they talked to me. Raising his voice and hanging up on me is just an unacceptable way of doing business. You'd think I was taking money out of his pocket. I like my truck, I just want a basic thing fixed, not the attitude and rudeness that comes along with it. People can go buy a car or truck anywhere, now a days its reputation that matters. So good luck.
