I recently purchased a new Tundra from William McCormick at Ball Toyota. After noticing the vehicle I was interested in on their website I reached out to William to confirm availability and to discuss price. We were able to agree on price and William stayed after closing time on a Friday evening to prepare paperwork so all would be ready for me to pick up the vehicle on Saturday morning. Saturday morning I drove 4 hours to Charleston to pick up the truck. William was helpful in explaining features on the truck and seemed genuinely appreciative of my business. He has followed up several times to see if I have any questions on the truck. Overall I was very pleased with William and Ball Toyota and would consider them again in the future.

Don’t deal with crooks! JD lies!! $200 down payment that they say is all you need turns into them wanting you to pay $375 every two weeks for two months, then you start making your $400 a month payment!! That’s for a car that’s 10 years old & priced double what the blue book says from a dealer on the same model car!! Brakes were metal to metal, transmission shifts hards, needs alignment, steering is a mess at interstate speed & they said the car was safe to pass state inspection!! Also, I read the car fax report on this car & it was wrecked bad enough two months after it was bought new, it had to be towed & JD said it was minor damage! There are good dealers who work with no to bad credit customers & give you a fair deal, JD is not one!!
JD will also want you to sign papers stating they are POA’s that can get the title to the car you are buying! Dealers are not supposed to do that!!

I bought a 2012 Ford Explorer Limited and I love it! The owner worked with me on my trade in even though i still owed money on it and I got a great deal! When I left with my new car, something went wrong with the Ford Sync system. I called the owner, Robbie, on my way back to Pittsburgh and he took care of everything. He had someone drive 2 hours to my house, pick up my car, leave me a reliable loaner and completely replaced the Sync system free of charge. He gave me his personal cell phone number and kept me up to date with the repairs and when it was finished, drove the car all the way back to Pittsburgh for me. Even though something went wrong with my new car, i had no doubt that Robbie would get everything taken care of for me. He treated me as if I was his most important customer and made sure that I was taken care of. The car works perfectly and I couldn't be happier. I recommend Auto Junction in Grafton WV to everyone looking for a quality car and great customer service. I will definitely be shopping here again when I'm ready to buy another vehicle. They treat every customer like they were family and I can't recommend them enough if you are in the market for a great used vehicle. Thank you, Robbie, as well as everyone else at Auto Junction for everything you did for me to make sure I was taken care of. I love the Explorer and can't wait to come back when my wife needs a new car. You guys are the best!!

I purchased a car through their Bridgeport location, and was originally impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. They were willing to negotiate price and even stayed late to complete the paperwork.
HOWEVER, the 2016 car I bought started having issues the first day I drove it, and wouldn't even start within a few days. After getting stranded and several failed attempts to get it serviced (they had trouble accessing the warranty they sold me), I was told the problem was likely a recalled part. I specifically asked the salesman about this recall and he said it had been taken care of, so quite concerning that they either 1) lied or 2) don't have up-to-date info on their own cars.
After some forceful phone conversations, I got a free oil change to "compensate" me for the hassle. The service center at their White Hall location was easy to work with, but it took a week to get the car back and it was dirty with an empty gas tank. No one from Dan Cava’s customer service followed up with me, otherwise I would have been willing to negotiate for not giving them bad reviews.
