Seth Perriton /Quick Lane - jimrolf
I have always been treated like royalty at Spradley Barr's Quick Lane, particularly by Service Advisor Seth Perriton. Seth always recognizes me and calls me by name whenever I enter the building and I have learned to trust him explicitly with my vehicles. He doesn't always give me the news I want to hear, but I know that what he tells me is honest and that he is always true to his word. He goes above and beyond the call of duty to take care of my vehicles to keep them running safely. My knowledge of auto mechanics is somewhere south of zero, so I need someone that I can trust to be giving me the best possible advice. To the best of my knowledge, Seth has never led me wrong and he has gone to extra effort to keep me safe and to keep my vehicles running properly. No matter how major or minor my automotive concerns are, I bring them to Seth with confidence that he'll take good care of me.

Took my 2017 F-150 in for service and had a great exerience. The service writer was ready for me at the appointed time and had me back on the road in no time. Mr Ruwart chatted with me and made me feel like family. Briant my salesman remembers my wifes name as well as mine. (I have bought from other dealers where you have to reintroduce yourself each time you go into the dealership.) The other salesfolks always make an effort to greet me as well.. The office staff, and parts department folks always take a few moments to greet and chat with customers. I have always received great service from Laramie Peak Motors and always felt at home while visiting the dealership.
I have and will continue to recommend this dealership to my friends and family. It is well worth my 115 mile drive to be treated this well. I have the option of driving 3 miles to a local dealership and be treated like crap. I choose Laramie Peak Motors!

Experience major engine problems while traveling through the area. Darrell in service responded quickly. Had parts there next day and truck ready to roll day after. Brad and sales also stepped in and helped through communication. Everything possible was done to accommodate me and get me back on the road quickly.

We have purchased our last 3 vehicles from Conrad, I wouldn't recommend anyone else, ( no offense guys, ), and sure the other salesman are just as great. We have had nothing but good things from Fremont motors, whether its sales, service, or finance.... I have no complaints... I have never had anyone fight so hard to get to my price range ( monthly ), and only be about 7 dollars over... We only take our vehicles to Fremont motors,,, My wife and I had a mechanic back in ohio, that would literally ride on the hood of a vehicle to listen to the front end to determine the problem,, and his wife would be driving,,, we had a hard time trying to find a good mechanic in Wyoming after that... Until we went to Fremont motors... Conrad finds wonderful vehicles to fit your needs and budget,,, then the wonderful people in finance DO fight for trying to get you into that vehicle... and every time we get our vehicles serviced, never have the same problem,,, but, cars can be unpredictable...

I negotiated price over the phone. Meghan Shamji delivered the pickup to me in Riverton, Wyoming.
I found a couple minor issues. Meghan worked with the Sheridan and Riverton Dealerships to resolve the issues at their cost. The sales staff and after sale service was excellent. I have driven the vehicle about 7,000 miles since I bought it 10 months ago. The truck is clean and I haven't had any problems with it.
The only con I have is the Sony premium sound system could be better.
Service manager and general manager - Turbo
I took my car in for a recall when I got it back someone had spilled something on the floor mat by the driver seat, I went to the service department talked to the service manager he basically called me a liar and said it didn’t happen here, I then said a few choices words to him and went to see the general manager, he sided with the service manager saying that it happen there. I know for a fact it did happen there. The general manager also told me that no one in the service department would retaliate against me in the future when I bring my car back in for service. Well now I’m kinda scared to take my car back to this dealership for anything.
What the general manager should have said was I’m sorry this happened and it will never happen again, and that would have been the end of it.
Really poor management at the powell dealership.

"great experience" I discussed with the sales manager "raechell" as to what I was looking for , she responded within minutes with 10 or so 4 x 4 trucks in the price range I needed to be in , she introduced me to the sales specialist , Ms Katie Armstrong ......" WOW" this lady was user friendly, approachable , answered every question , pulled up the car facs, checked the oil color with me ,under the hood with paper towel in hand , basically walked every inch of the vehicle with me , she was extremely pro-active and I never felt rushed I could not ask for anything more about the way I was treated . The end result was purchasing a truck of great value to me , in a stress free environment ...... from someone who treated me like a real person and not just a sale ............ thanks again for a wonderful experience

Service department is terrible - Ford fan 1234
Took my truck there for some warranty work. They wanted to charge me diagnostic fees out of pocket. Clearly my warranty was a no out of pocket cost. I argued but they insisted that it was my out of pocket cost. So I decided not to have them do the work. I went to pick it up and they still made me pay 3 hours of labor for diagnostics. I took to another dealership who diagnosed the problem, different parts than thunder basin said it needed. It was no out of pocket cost to me like my warranty is set up. And the new diagnostic parts fixed the problem. So if thunder basin would have changed the parts they said were wrong it wouldn’t have fixed the problem anyway. What a dishonest cheating company. Teddy in service was rude and insisted that they knew what they were doing. And she said it was obvious because they had been in business longer than 30 years. I can’t believe they are still in business operating this way.
Simple process to get everything in order - Lori
Was an internet sale. Fremont staff made everything simple and uncomplicated. Delivery was very quick. Vehicle was as they claimed. Would buy again from them.
