My wife hit a log that fell out of a pickup in front of her. So I took the car in the next day to have it looked at becuase I could see something was dragging but couldn't fit under there to see what it was.
I did not get his last name but talked to gary and told him what had happened and that I would like to know what kind of damage I was looking at for insurance purposes. He got my car in immediately at no charge and came out and told me it was just part of the plastic skid plate, nothing to worry about. Told me how they usually run about $240 and they dont last. So I really appreciate the honesty I got from this company, they weren't just trying to sell me a part they were trying to earn your repeat business.

I made an appointment for my 2013 Explorer for the recall checkup for the exhaust system. Arriving from Rawlins (a 2 hour trip), Chauncy answered my questions about what the procedure was, how long it would take; and she made a loaner available to me so I could pick raspberries, and pick up my Wing River Honey while my Explorer was being worked on. My Explorer was ready to go upon my return. Chauncy and the service team were great, and I will recommend Fremont Motors Riverton to anyone!

The service team always does a great job. I do have a concern about the transmission shuttering issue. Apparently, it doesn't meet the specs set forth by Ford to have it repaired. I'll continue to monitor with my local dealer.

The people at this dealership, from the receptionist to the repair department personnel, to the repair people themselves, to the owner are ALL interested in having things go well for their customers! We had an unexpected occurrence with our vehicle on a Friday afternoon which required some time-consuming work. The work was completed an HOUR before they closed even though I called after the lunch hour to ask for help. We live in a neighboring town and consider this dealership our "hometown" dealership. Thanks so much to ALL of you! You make us WYOMING PROUD!!!!!!!

Tried there hardest to void a warranty, over charge want to change every part under hood no the problem. Not goo at all! NO use of proper ASE testing techniques. ie using a water bottle to collect fuel samples really!. Do not go here for service they will rip you off

Ford F-350 broke down on vacation while traveling through Wyoming. Had my vehicle towed to the closest dealership "White's University Motors". I was told by both service writer and service manager that they we're an actual dealership and had all the necessary testing equipment for diagnosing Ford's and a master technician. After paying for diagnostic fees and for the to "SWAP" out parts to find the problem (mind you, they put the old parts back on after they we're still unable to locate problem). I made the decision to have the vehicle towed to a Denver Metro area dealership, where they were not only to diagnose the problem as promised within the 2 hour diagnostic time, but make the necessary repairs, which were NOT the parts swapped out by White's University Motors. The service manager openly admitted the majority of their business is vacationer based. PLEASE STAY CLEAR AND HAVE YOUR VEHICLE TOWED TO ANYWHERE BUT THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!.
