Had a great experience with the Service Dept. at Smart Kia. They had to replace the engine in a 2013 KIA Optima thru an extended warranty. Joshua Henry, Service Advisor, had KIA approve the repair and ordered a new engine. He kept us informed when he received the parts and when it was ready for pickup. Very pleased with the service and would highly recommend them. They made it easy for us! Thank you!

We took my sons car in that he purchased from a smaller dealership to have them fix a service light. They said there wasn't anything wrong with it and shut the light off. As soon as we picked it up the light came back. Took it back to the dealer that we got it from. They said they would take it back to the Kia dealer to have the engine replaced. A week later when we picked it up the light came back on. So we took it back to the dealer and they called Kia to see if they replaced the engine. They said they only fixed the exhaust leak. I WILL NEVER BUY A KIA OR DEAL WITH THIS DEALER AGAIN!!!!

The salesperson Joe was really great. He was so kind and took his time explaining everything. My problem is with Joe's manager, who was so unprofessional and profane. He cursed repeatedly at Joe using the F-word in the middle of the dealership and yelling extraordinarily loudly about absolute nonsense. Joe did nothing wrong! The old guy (Frank, I believe) was just awful! I got so flustered. I almost backed out of the deal because the guy was so horrible to Joe, but I didn't want to affect Joe. If that man is a manager, he needs to be fired! He was the least professional man I've ever met in a car dealership. Five-stars for Joe, but zero for that Frank guy. Billion, you need to fire Frank asap!!! I'm telling people not to go there

My car was making a noise near the tires. Called ahead of time and told them I'd be bringing it by later in the week. They were okee dokee with that. Arrived later in the day than I had wanted to but they took me in anyway and looked over the car for the noise. They found a different noise and we proceeded to fix that new noise. They (meaning Andrew) also looked over a previous repair from another dealership and recommended a touchup of what was overlooked at the previous place. Since I arrived late, the car stayed overnight. Service advisor John was nice enough to get me a ride to my location. Came back the next day to a fixed car and got back on the road to my travels. Price was satisfactory and I was satisfied with the experience. The cashier was pleasant and friendly. I will be back and I recommend service at this dealership.

Not recommended. Took 2 hours longer than it should. Over booked. Parts not stocked. Estimates for future work too high. Only went in for a recall.
