purchased a 2022 Audi Q3 just 6 weeks ago with an extended warranty from another dealership. Shortly after, I began experiencing a leaking sunroof. I brought the vehicle to this dealership for evaluation, and the claim was denied. This was disappointing, especially given that sunroof leaks are a known concern with this model. Despite having only 42,000 miles, I was told the repair would cost over $1,200, along with a $240 diagnostic fee. I was informed the vehicle’s age was a factor, even though the mileage is well under 50,000. For comparison, I brought the vehicle to another Audi dealership, and they handled the situation very differently and stood behind their service.

The dealership was clean, well lit, and organized very nicely. The staff were very helpful, especially the salesperson who assisted me, Ruzhena. She was wonderful to work with and ensured the process went smoothly. When a car I had previously looked at, and liked, became available again she reached out to me quickly and we were able to close a sale quickly. I’ll look there again next time I’m in the market for a new vehicle.

We returned based on our prior buying experience and exceptional service over the nearly 8 years we owned our prior Q5. Both Vinnie and "Z" were great on the sales side and Steve the Service Manager is excellent. My wife and I have always felt that buying a car is also buying the ongoing relationship with the dealership as long as you own the car and we've never been disappointed.
