Overall, I was satisfied with the customer service I received. The only issue I had was that when I first brought my vehicle in, I chose to 'wait' for the diagnostic results in the customer lounge. After a lengthy delay, I approached the service advisor, who informed me that the technician working my vehicle, had discovered several mechanical issues, that needed to be addressed. The repair of these issues would require a drop-off appointment, as the repairs would likely take a whole day. After hearing this, I scheduled another appointment for the following week and then left.
