I am highly enraged. - Lou G.
I am highly enraged. I received a friendly apology after being ripped off for $336, and they couldn't fix what they assured me they could. Total deception and no concern after I made it clear that I am a low-income senior and can't afford for anything to go wrong.
I brought my Navigator there for service because a while back, my auto Locksmith couldn't program a spare key. He said it could be because the aftermarket remote starter was somehow blocking them from getting into my Navigator's system. He said only a Ford Garage had the right diagnostic equipment to figure it out. So, Johnson's called me after a couple of hours and said they had the problem solved and then talked me into getting a spare key cut and programmed from them instead of my locksmith in case there was still a problem with the system. At the end of the day, I ended up with an apology and a new spare key that only unlocks the doors but won't start the engine. They're diagnostics guy is supposed to be an expert and couldn't even figure out how to either bypass the remote starter circuit or just disable it. I'm trying to dispute the charge on my credit card, but it's still pending.
