It was get to meet CJ in person- I had an unresolved issue when he resolved for me and just to say thanks. I do think the team needs more staff- sometimes not accessible as quickly to get a response. The team is constantly problem solving and you can see the hard work to meet the timeframes.

Just a week earlier, the same alert had appeared and disappeared after a software update, so when it came back at such a high-stakes moment, we knew we had to act fast. We diverted to Prestige Volvo, just a few miles away, where we were met by Claus Nagy. He listened carefully to our situation and understood the urgency. Within two hours, his team had diagnosed the issue, replaced the battery, and got us safely back on the road. This level of understanding and responsiveness is rare — Claus and his team went above and beyond, and we are deeply grateful. They turned a potentially nerve-wracking day into one where we could focus on what mattered most: welcoming our new grandchild.

Made an appointment for "first thing in the morning" for routine service. Started a cup of coffee and replied to some business emails and before the coffee was gone was told my car was ready. Service Advisor Jeffrey Urbina reviewed the check list, I paid a very fair price and was on my way to the office. It was truely express service. Thanks for the great start to the day.
