I bought my daughter a car. Only 2 days later her tire blew out. I called them and they had a tow truck come and pick up her car and gave her a loner for the day. Replaced the tire and had it back the next day. All of this didn't cost me a dime. Above and beyond! Thank you again for all your help!

He understood that we weren't sure we were going to purchase a vehicle that day, so there was no pressure, which was nice. We test drove the car, and fell in love. Matt was so easy to deal with and he was able to get the price down to one we were happy with. He is amazing at his job!

When I went to do the final paper work and pick up of my new (used) car, I had an appointment but had to wait 1 hour because, I am assuming, all the walk in customers. I work retail and I understand but I had an appointment. They almost lost a sale. I hope you fix that.

Looking for a used car, I went to a lot of dealerships and dealt with a lot of salespeople. The service at Kerven Subaru really stood out against the rest. It was luck that they had the perfect car for me, but I walked away from a quite a few other cars that could have been perfect as well over service. Kerven Subaru got me the best deal and did all that they could to make the sale go as smoothly and as quickly as possible. The customer service was wonderful and i'll absolutely be sure to go back.
