Stay far away from this dealership. Piazza Mazda of Reading got my car into an accident while under their care. I brought it in for them to fix a vibration problem. They charged me 2200 dollars and said it was fixed. It wasn't. When they took it back the second time, they got it into an accident. Yes, they repaired the damage caused by the accident, but we all know how the system works when you go to trade in your car: "There was an accident reported against the vehicle, so we had to lower the trade-in value." Well, Piazza Mazda of Reading wont even acknowledge this fact when I ask for some form of compensation for the diminished value. Further, they still never fixed the vibration issue. It is still there. So, not only did they devalue my vehicle but they charged me 2200 dollars for fixing a problem that is still there. And when I escalated the issue, no one wanted to be bothered. So, take this as a warning. STAY AWAY from the Mazda brand and especially Piazza Mazda of Reading. They don't care about their customers and when it matters most they aren't going to do more than the minimum. They will upsell you every time you take it in for service. They will overcharge for everything. If they get your car into an accident, they will shrug and say "it happens" (that was literally what I was told while talking to the dealership manager, as I inspected the damage done to my vehicle). They feel it is ok to not compensate the customer fully for the damage they cause (they just repair it and hope the customer goes away). This is a warning. Stay away. Go purchase a car from a different company that values their customers, because Piazza Mazda of Reading doesn't.

Let me start by saying... I absolutely HATE buying vehicles! For many reasons.. The length of stay.. you get lied to.. I am a woman so I feel like I am being belittled half the time... With all of that said.. I had to come here with my daughter to buy a car... I was completely shocked! They didn't try to sell my daughter all the extra crap! We were in and out in record time! I was so impressed that my husband and I went back to buy our truck! Never have I ever had a smooth car buying experience like this!! The manager Dan is absolutely amazing!! Addressing any concerns, coming up with great solutions.. He makes you feel like you have known him forever! I just can't say enough about our experience! I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great vehicle at a super fair price!

My wife and I purchased a new Mazda CX-50 on the evening of 08/16/24. After sone negotiating we agreed to a price, and they showed us the paper work. All was good. We were there past their closing time and felt bad for keeping them late. The car was for my wife and the title and financing were in her name. She signed all the paper work and then the salesman, Nick asked if we would mind posing with him and the car for a picture for him to put on his Facebook page. Fast forward to Sunday 08/18/24. I took a closer look at the contract and they added a $1700.00 Cook Legacy policy that apparently covers tires, windshields, door dings and wheels. Basically just a xx policy that is nothing more than additional dealer mark-up. They never went over any of this with us, it wasn't on the work sheet for the deal, but they snuck it into the buyers order and contract, without us knowing. Ultimately shame on us for ever trusting this dealership. They used very deceiving tactics and took advantage of my wife. We would have never agree to buying this worthless add-on. We'll be going into the dealership tomorrow to have this charge removed from the contract, but I'm expecting he worse. Will update this review if they make right on this stunt they pulled. UPDATE 8/19/24: The general manager called us this morning and was very apologetic. They told us to come in and they would have a new contract with the $1700 charge removed. When we got there, they stood by their word and had the new contract ready as promised. They were very apologetic and my wife and I appreciated them making it right.
