Dealership has attempted to fix a safety and - kevinrinehimer

Dealership has attempted to fix a safety and electrical/computer defect since first week of ownership 2.5 years ago. While the same defect warranted another part be ordered recently, contact was immediately ceased by service dept with malicious intent to not notify me that work and parts would not be ordered/fixed for a month until I called for an explanation about part order and warranty work that was promised. I was told they will no longer service my vehicle and are not to have any contact with me due to “legal reasons”. My safety defect is still present and without addressing it for over a month now. I will never purchase a vehicle there again. Service staff were great until now when they were told to cease service with my vehicle.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER! - Kyle Snyder

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER! I have never had such a worse experience while purchasing a vehicle. I drove 2 hours to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. My salesman did not want to sell me the vehicle i purchased, did not show me any feature or anything about the vehicle. I chose to buy the vehicle anyway, upon delivery the driver seat was completely busted. I reached out to the sales manager and i was promised the seat to be fixed. The sales manager also expressed i needed to return the license plate i was given with the sale of the car. (Because they charged me wrong for it) even though at this point the plate was in my name. The vehicle was driven 2 hours back to the dealership to have the seat fixed. After 1 week of the vehicle being in the possession of the dealer my salesman reached out and said the vehicle was fixed and ready for pickup and again asked for the license plate to be returned, so i came to pickup the vehicle (2 hour drive) and returned the license plate. I arrived and my seat was not fixed. The dealer apologized and wanted to “make it right” so they again offered to fix the seat and added the offer of a complimentary detail. Now after the dealer has the car in their possession for 2 weeks i am again told the vehicle is ready. I get the vehicle (again) and 4 screws were drilled into the underside of my seat and no detail or wash of any sort. After receiving my vehicle back from being “fixed” i now notice the transmission shifts very hard upon start up. Another thing i have noticed with the vehicle since purchase is the instrument cluster appears to have been replaced with one from a completely different vehicle. I am disappointed, i bought this vehicle as a gift for my father. The vehicle appeared to be a gently used reliable suv with low miles. This dealership is in the deal of bad business. They will tell you what you want to hear just to waste your time, and your families time.

They advertise up to $4000 rebate on certain electric - quatras

They advertise up to $4000 rebate on certain electric vehicles. They fail to tell you that they file for it and keep it at the time of purchase. I even mentioned that I wanted to get it in tax year 2024 in case it is discontinued. Dishonest and shady. I don't know how people could look someone in the eye as they steal your money. Bought a new chevrolet Traverse. - tonycarlucci419

Bought a new chevrolet Traverse. Jordan was absolutely amazing to deal with. Really cannot say enough about the guy, made everything happen and the sales process was easy from start to finish, bearing in mind that it was difficult for me to be at the dealer due to work, we did everything mostly via email which was a huge help. He is an asset to your company for sure! Thank you Brianna, Jordan, Omir!!

Nice Truck, Sylvester Chevrolet not so much! - Gary

Complained about radio display screen going blank several times while truck was still under warranty. Service department could not find anything wrong because it was working when at the dealers. Last time I went in for service I told them screen was still going blank. Somehow by Voodoo magic they knew what was wrong and it would cost $389.17 and sorry its out of warranty. Contacted G.M. and they made a deal with Sylvester to cut my price in half. There warrant is worthless.
