I scoured the internet to find the car closest to what I wanted. Ciocca had it! I live almost 400 miles away from the dealership and there was lots of snow and road salt on the roads. I obviously could not drive my 2023 Stingray down for an appraisal. I submitted current photos and George gave me what I thought the trade in was worth. My salesman Ben was exceptional and did everything possible making the sale a very pleasant experience.If there's a C9 in my future I will call Ciocca Quakertown first !

The service at this dealership is bad. I came in for inspection and oil change, which went fine. But, I also wanted check engine light codes checked into. A 3 year old car with 17,000 miles on it should not have acceleration issues resulting in a check engine light warning. This was totally brushed off. Also, this model has a known issue with a shift to park warning. This was also ignored. These are known issues with this model, and this dealership clearly couldn't be bothered.

I've been having a recurring starting/staying started issue with my Saturn and Thomas is the "GM Certified" service center nearest to me so I brought it in. They were up-front about the diagnostic cost and called me before they took each further step to figure out what my issue was. I got out of there for what I believe is pretty reasonable price being this is a dealer. Jim was good to talk to over the phone, and the receptionist when I picked up my car was very friendly (I'm sorry I don't remember her name). One of the better experiences I've had at a dealer. If anything else goes wrong with my car I will be bringing it back to them. I'm not giving any 'great' ratings because I've had less than awesome experiences with dealerships in the past - even when Saturn was supposed to be the 'friendly, no-hassle' dealer. But they were better than some of the others I've talked to. I'll go back and I'd recommend them to others too - at least on the service side.

Terrible & Dishonest - Sugg Never Again

Sold me a car that was in an accident and had water damage without telling me. The car had tons of issues and the dealer did absolutely nothing to help. I should have pulled the carfax before I bought the car. I found all of this after the fact. Stupid me. Do not buy from this dealer, very dishonest. I bought their recommended extended warranty to find out they wouldn't fix it (blown transmission) because it had water damage. Useless.

They Lie and will rip you off - unhappy

Purchased a 2015 with a Tow Package. They had a hitch on it but it was not a tow package. The vehicle with a Tow package can to 4500 lbs with just a hitch 2000lbs. I purchased one with tow package, my paper work states with tow package, to pull my camper, I notified dealership they said sorry but they don't care. Then sails man told me to get a lawyer because they have lots of them. I wander why does a dealership have lots of lawyers, maybe because the lie and rip people off.

Don't ever talk to this guy about buying any car or truck, new or used! If you are interested in one, and you go home to work out the numbers for financing, he will turn around and sell that car on you if someone comes in the mean time with a better offer, without ever notifying you!!! He does not have the courtesy to give you a call to let you know he might have another party interested in the same car or truck! How bad is that!!! And when you question him about it, he says he didn't think I was interested!!! I never told him that I wasn't!!!!! He sure as heck isn't trustworthy!!!
