I leased my first new car at Vision and I had a great experience! The sales person was very nice and not high pressure at all. He listened to what I wanted, and even emailed several options with the payment breakdowns the next day. They gave me a fair trade in on my car, and were very efficient with the paperwork. He took the time to show me all the new features of my car and answered all of my questions. Previous visits to other various dealerships were not a positive experience for me. There was lots of waiting around, high pressure sales, and mistakes. But Vision is much different and I highly recommend them!

I know I probably drove Will a little crazy with my request to test drive four different cars before I made my decision, but he was patient and calm throughout the process, always ready with the keys. Tania took over the sales process and was incredibly professional, helpful, and kind. She made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I had a very disappointing experience with Bergey’s Cadillac in Plymouth Meeting. I was actively intending to purchase a 2022 Tesla Model X (VIN: 7SAXCBE56NF336270, Stock #: ECN3659A) and was told for weeks that the vehicle was delayed due to a “software update” and that timing would not be an issue. Based on those representations, I obtained a certified check, sold my vehicle, arranged transportation, and drove over five hours round trip to complete the purchase. Upon arrival, the vehicle immediately displayed an active air suspension fault. I was then informed that the car had actually undergone strut and suspension arm replacements, not just a software update, and that the issue remained unresolved. The vehicle also produced a rattle when coming off throttle. I was ultimately told the vehicle was deemed unsafe and could not be sold, which made the entire trip unnecessary. Additional undisclosed issues included a tear in the driver seat, non-functioning powered third-row seats, and a missing trunk cargo cover. These issues were not disclosed prior to my arrival, nor was I informed that the vehicle might be unsafe or not eligible for sale. I dealt directly with the salesperson Joe LaPenta and the Pre-Owned Manager Christopher P. DeNight. This experience resulted in significant wasted time, travel expense, and disruption — especially frustrating given that I sold my vehicle and am expecting a baby soon. Transparency and communication were extremely poor. I would not recommend traveling to this dealership based on my experience.

I would honestly rate Tri-County dealerships zero starts if it was allowed on this site I purchased my vehicle and the extended warranty from Tri-County on January 20th, and unfortunately, my experience with their service department has been frustrating and deeply disappointing. My first mandatory service was on July 5th. The invoice stated that all fluids were topped off, but just three days later, on July 8th, my vehicle had to be towed back because there was no coolant. I was later told that they didn’t top it off because my vehicle uses blue coolant, and they only had green — something they failed to mention when I picked it up. Even worse, I was told they couldn’t properly diagnose my vehicle because it was made by Ford, and they lacked the right equipment. I was without a vehicle for eight days, and at no point was I offered a loaner or rental. When I picked my vehicle up on July 17th, I spoke with the service manager, who was dismissive and condescending, offering no real solution or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. One week later, my check engine light came back on. When I called to schedule service again, I specifically requested a rental vehicle, which I was told would be noted. But when I dropped my car off on August 1st, there was no rental arranged, and no record of my request. Finally, when I picked up my vehicle on August 2nd, I noticed multiple scratches on my trunk that were not there when I dropped it off. I take pride in maintaining my vehicle, and this added damage without any explanation or accountability is completely unacceptable. Overall, my experience with Tri-County’s service department has been marked by poor communication, a lack of transparency, and a complete disregard for customer care. I would not recommend them based on this experience.

I scheduled an appointment days in advance to see a VW Tiguan advertised on Ciocca Volkswagen’s official website. The appointment was confirmed again the same day, and I traveled an hour expecting to see the car. When I arrived, the vehicle wasn’t on the lot, nor was anything comparable. The salesperson had no idea I was coming in, no background on what I was looking for, or the conversation in general. They will lock you in with promises of low prices that seem more competitive than other dealers, only to tell you the advertised vehicle isn’t available and then try to sell you on something else. When I showed staff the online ad, we were quickly dismissed, told it was a “website error,” and essentially waved out the door. The dealership later admitted there was an issue with their site but provided no proof or explanation. Everything about this felt misleading and unprofessional. Even written confirmation didn’t matter here. Avoid this dealership at all costs unless you enjoy wasting your time or dealing with practices that appear to violate Pennsylvania’s Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law.
