The best of the best in car-buying experience. - davidfunk316

The best of the best in car-buying experience. Tracy immediately greeted me when I arrived and Presley worked very diligently in getting me into car quickly. I had bought a car previously from Tracy’s dealership in 2017 and how great the experience was. I had some car issues over the summer and they still took much more trade-in value on my car than other places were willing to pay for. These guys value people and their time and always thank people that are willing to spend their hard-earned money at their dealership. Frank Myers Auto Maxx is a five-star company all day, everyday!

I like up front and simple transactions. - sunrayfla01

I like up front and simple transactions. I drove from South Florida to Kernersville CDJR because 1) Best Price on a 2026 RAM 3500 Limited Longhorn SRW with 24K package plus sunroof etc. MSRP: $100k , reduced to $82K and change 2) The Sales Professional, Carmen Lopez was extremely helpful and easy to work with; she was patient with my questions and my trade came in within $1000.00 of what I knew it was valued and we split the difference 3) The Finance Department Angela Adcock made the financing super easy and there was "Zero Hammering of the Customer on Extended Warranty" , I wanted one and we came to solution on that nice and easy 4) When we arrived at the Dealership, we were greeted by Mary, the delivery professional , who helped with all final steps. I had just purchased brand new specific tires on 2023 RAM 2500 trade in and wanted those tires put on my new 2026 RAM. Not a problem! Mary coordinated with Jennifer the Service Manager and before we knew it we were on our way home. BY THE WAY, we can up on Saturday night and stayed in a hotel for a Monday Morning delivery and the dealership handed me a check for my hotel bill. That was awesome! I highly recommend dealing with Carmen, Angela, Mary and Jennfifer. Note to Self: All Intelligent Woman. That has to be the difference in making the customer experience pleasant over other dealerships :-)

We had an outstanding experience purchasing a new 2026 - Steve Huff

We had an outstanding experience purchasing a new 2026 BMW M340i xDrive 50 Jahre Limited Edition from BMW of Greensboro. From start to finish, Aaron Westphal (General Sales Manager) and Sherod Solomon (Sales Advisor) provided professional, respectful, and genuinely enthusiastic service that truly set this experience apart. I started with an online inquiry requesting their best “out-the-door” pricing on a specific factory build. Aaron and Sherod responded promptly and with excellent communication, making it clear they were eager to earn our business, even knowing we were actively exploring competitive offers. Their openness, positive attitude, and willingness to work with us made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Along the way, Aaron asked permission to share details on a special vehicle on their lot, the 50 Jahre Limited Edition of the exact model we wanted. After learning more, we grew very excited. With only 500 of these being produced for the U.S., landing this car was truly unique. Aaron not only worked a deal we were completely happy with but also arranged home delivery.  Yes, their team brought the vehicle and paperwork directly to us at our home. Everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous, and genuinely committed to earning our business, not just making a sale. We couldn’t be more thrilled with our new BMW and the way Aaron and Sherod took such great care of us. We highly recommend BMW of Greensboro for anyone seeking an exceptional car-buying experience!

This is the third vehicle I've had detailed here. The attention to detail, courtesy, good service & just overall pleasant people I've encountered have made me a regular customer. They really are a full service dealership. It's nice to find reasonable prices, expedient service, & most importantly honest people to deal with.

Motor Mile Subaru completely changed my opinion of - sita.lepczyk

Motor Mile Subaru completely changed my opinion of dealership service centers! The trunk on my Subaru wasn’t opening fully, and another auto shop quoted me over $3,000 to fix it, saying it was a trunk motor issue. I’ve avoided dealership service centers my entire life, but I decided to get a second opinion—and I’m so glad I did. Everyone treated me kindly, and I settled into their comfortable lounge expecting a two- to three-hour wait. Less than 30 minutes later, Tom came back and told me my car was ready. The trunk was working, and my total charge was $0! They didn’t even charge me to look at it. I asked a couple of times because I could hardly believe I had gone from a quote of over $3,000 to paying nothing. Tom simply said they were happy they could help and would love to see me again. Thank you, Tom and the Motor Mile Subaru team, for your kindness and honesty. You’ve earned a loyal customer—I won’t be going anywhere else!

I have waited over 30 days for my warranty refund after - andeeburnett07

I have waited over 30 days for my warranty refund after selling the car I purchased at Bisbee in Danville VA. I have called and messaged requesting my refund and a call back and have been completely ignored. I am on disability with stage 4 cancer, as they are aware, and I truly need this money at this time . I also have a voicemail from Bobby the sales manager threatening to file charges against me with the police because I took my car home after the trade we were working on fell through. To clarify, we traded, I signed papers and left with a different car. Days later I got a call that finances did not get approved and the rate was much higher. I declined and returned their car. Bobby had put new tires on my car. I was told by Taylor Bisbee that Bobby was mad about the money the tires cost and was insisting I pay them 1400 for the tires. I declined and did not agree to that and I took them their car and took mine home. I got a voicemail saved from Bobby saying he was going to press charges against me for not paying my service bill I was provided and taking my car. I was not provided a bill , he would not even speak to me when I went in with the salesman to get my keys so I could leave. I did not know why he was so rude at that time but Taylor Bisbee called me and stated he was upset about paying for my tires and the trade not happening. I have since requested my warranty refund multiple times , because I sold that car and was told during the trade at Bisbee I was owed a significant refund on my warranty purchase, thousands of dollars. I have called and messaged repeatedly for over a month and have been ignored. I called and messaged Taylor directly . I have sent messages through Bisbee website asking for an urgent call back because it’s been over 30 days and I haven’t gotten the refund and Taylor Bisbee will not answer or return my calls. My next step is to post this review and post on Facebook and Danville business page and hopefully get their attention and get the money they owe me . Any help is appreciated in this matter as I said I’m on temporary disability and out of work bc of stage 4 cancer.

Andrew was great! - TB277

Andrew was great! He answered all of our questions and had great patience when we thought that we were gonna have to leave and come back. When it came time for us to test drive the cars, he didn't make us feel bad because we wanted to compare several cars. Buying a car can be very tedious, however he made the process smooth.
