Recently had an excellent car purchasing experience when - pslobe

Recently had an excellent car purchasing experience when buying a 2026 AUDI Q5 from Audi Cape Fear in Wilmington NC. Had the pleasure of meeting and working with Chris Bucknell— General Manager— Justin Hadden —sales manager—and Audi Brand Specialist Dan Negri. Purchasing at Audi Cape Fear was an exceptional experience. Team members are professional, knowledgeable and interested in meeting and exceeding your buying experience. Having previously purchased a Mercedes, Lexus and a BMW, I know what an outstanding dealership, a knowledgeable team and a customer focused experience looks like. Look no further —Audi Cape Fear offers service second to none.

If you need to buy a vehicle ask for Robert George! - dawntitafi

If you need to buy a vehicle ask for Robert George! Robert was welcoming, professional, and genuinely interested in understanding what we needed. He came in with a clear plan, took the time to listen to us, and made us feel like valued customers. He answered all of our questions with patience, kept us informed every step of the way, and made sure we were completely taken care of from start to finish. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured—just purely amazed with the honest guidance, outstanding customer service and the fact that we drove away with a vehicle that we absolutely love. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to help you find the right vehicle, we highly recommend Robert George at Capital Ford in Wilmington.

The entire experience from appointment to service was - anthvit

The entire experience from appointment to service was excellent. The service advisor and service manager were both professional and personable. They listened to my concerns and troubleshooted the issue after taking a second test driver, (with me in the vehicle), and understood what needed attention. The dealership service bays and check in very busy during my time there but I never felt rushed or ignored. Usually, a trip to the service department can be stressful, this was far from it.

I have to reschedule and return next week. - marcoghersi31

Customer service is terrible. - Nicknapolean

Customer service is terrible. I mean this with the utmost respect that their customers service is selective, prestigious and projecting. No matter whom I dealt with with an exception of a few, each staff representative has been rude and sarcastic but being who I am I can also dish it. The moral of the story show more class and patience. I mean I'm here now for an appointment and by the time I was finally acknowledged after the gentleman has already introduced me to women staff where neither even recognized me with a greeting until minutes later as I stood there patiently because out of the two women one I had previously encountered many times who is flat out evil. She has on a yellow shirt and black shorts today with short hair and never shows growth or maturity. But when the other lady finally got to me she spoke as if I needed a lecture before listening and learning. I mean don't be upset with me or any other customer because you're having a bad morning or even if we had bad experiences before, this is a new day. I'm always respectful but I do speak my truth. So no apologies needed just do better in your actions. Edit: 9.3.26 8:47 pm would like to give an updated review on my prior concerns. Although I still recognize that customer services lacks prestigious representation at times, I would like to recognize Sherri for fulfilling her role and duties and ensuring that my concerns were addressed and respectfully identifying what led to the initial review. Very classy and informative and I wanted to give praise as I gave criticism. Have a great day

If I could leave zero stars, I would. - Matt

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Beware of this very shady company. I purchased a 2020 Grand Cherokee from them, and less than a month later the vehicle broke down. I contacted the salesperson who sold me the vehicle, and was basically told, “It’s a used car.” He also told me the warranty they sold me would cover everything and instructed me to take the Jeep to a dealership for repairs. After the dealership inspected the vehicle, they found it wouldn’t even pass inspection. Since purchasing the vehicle, I’ve had to spend several thousand dollars on repairs, including: 2 new batteries 2 motor mounts Battery-to-alternator wiring replacement Alternator replacement Radio replacement Driveshaft replacement Water pump replacement Rear trunk motor replacement Thermostat replacement This vehicle should never have been sold in the condition it was in. The warranty was also extremely misleading. They claimed it was their “highest package” and would cover just about everything, but when it came time to use it, I found out it wouldn’t cover dealership labor rates because the dealership charged more per hour. After being instructed to take it there to only pay deductible. Overall, this has been a terrible experience. I strongly recommend thinking twice before buying a vehicle from this company. Learn from my mistake and take your business elsewhere.

I had an excellent experience with Flow Cadillac! - gleward

I had an excellent experience with Flow Cadillac! My wife and I were searching for a specific Cadillac, and despite living in Central Florida where local dealers couldn't quite find what we wanted, Flow Cadillac came through. They had exactly the model we were looking for, and the process was seamless. Brennen Martone, our sales associate, went above and beyond to work out all the details and ensure we got exactly what we wanted. Juan Garcia, the business manager, was efficient and professional, making the whole paperwork process quick and hassle-free. The car was delivered last night, and although I haven't had much time to explore all its features yet, it looks fantastic. The entire team did a spectacular job, and I truly appreciate their dedication and effort. Thanks to everyone at Flow Cadillac for making this a smooth and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

Purchase a used 2023 Subaru Ascent with an extend - Repkojoe

Purchase a used 2023 Subaru Ascent with an extend warranty. I have called there 10 times to speak to the finance manager over the past week. As I have several questions on the extend warranty coverage. I have yet to receive a return call to my inquiry. I found their lack of a reply to be very unprofessional…. Shameful For Capital Chevrolet of Shallotte to treat a customer! Beware of this treatment!!!

In my 40+ years of buying cars for myself and my family, - kzmom

In my 40+ years of buying cars for myself and my family, this was the BEST car buying experience ever. Jordan, the sales rep, was a straight-shooter. Not only was he honest, he didn't play games, and he treated me with respect. He answered every question with a smile and took me seriously ... no matter how many times I asked or how many questions I asked. The finance guy, Eli, explained everything well and had the entire process stream-lined so it didn't take forever. Michael, the manager, came into the office, sat down and visited, and explained his philosophy of great customer service - which he lives and inspires his team to carry you. I felt seen, heard, and appreciated. Capital Nissan has a great team and great products!

Rating: 1/5 Stars Worst experience I have ever had - ShannonStewartLN

Rating: 1/5 Stars Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I purchased a used car from Land Rover Cape Fear after reviewing a Carfax report stating that the dealership had performed full vehicle checks and complete brake service. Within just 10 months and 7,000 miles, the vehicle unexpectedly required a full engine replacement and new brakes. To make matters worse, they kept my car for 3 full months to complete the repairs. Communication during this entire period was abysmal—I received virtually no updates or returned phone calls unless I repeatedly reached out and chased them down myself. To top it off, during a state inspection, they tried to claim the car needed a brake pad change and would fail inspection without it. When I declined the service, they went ahead and passed the vehicle anyway—a clear attempt to bait customers into paying for unnecessary work. Land Rover Cape Fear charges premium luxury prices but delivers completely substandard, inept service and atrocious communication. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

Very poor service department. - Cb_allen2000

Very poor service department. They had the truck 4 days to replace a catalytic converter. I have had to contact them as they have not reached out to me at all to update me. The part is in but they have not the time to get it done per service department rep. Never again will I take truck to them. This is my work vehicle that I make my living with.

Everyone was and are always very polite and professional. - Vette lover

Everyone was and are always very polite and professional. I was offered a great trade in for my car, but I was not ready to finalize the deal that day. I am certain to visit again and one day I will purchase a vehicle. Unfortunately, I missed out on a Hellcat that I would have certainly taken home that day. The car was sold and the lucky person was there to pick it up.

Marie was very attentive and I’m very difficult at times. - judy

Marie was very attentive and I’m very difficult at times. She did what I asked show me cars and Not asked me 5000 questions cause I already knew when I walked in what I might want. She showed me my car. I said that’s the one she hooked me up got me finance and if I have to I’ll buy my next one from her. I’ll hunt her down. I hope that you. know that you need to keep people like her on your team because when you walk into a place to spend a lot of money, you really like seeing peoples faces that you know I’ve got a couple of Miata’s and another bravo and I’ve never seen a person in there that I recognized. So we love seeing Marie even though that’s not how to spell her name great showroom comfortable The weight wasn’t as bad as I thought moved along quickly. Thank you volvo for getting me my new volvo again.
