It was a good experience and got a great price on a 2022 Tundra TRD 4x4 off Road. Wes was great to work with and I was able to trade in the old Toyota 2009. I really didn’t come prepared to buy right then but they worked around things to get it all done same day. Everyone was friendly and helpful to get done all the paperwork and paid for as well as explaining the optional service and costs. Thanks.

We brought our truck in for a oil change last week. While we waited we walked around the lot, looking at vehicles. With our experience with the truck we bought. We were absolutely sure we would never buy a Chevrolet again. Until a salesman named Jacob Spell came out, he wasn't pushy like most we have encountered on the lot. He asked if we were waiting for service? We told him yes. He asked us if we would like to test out a Tahoe. We were hesitant at first, but he said it would get us out of the cold. So we went. While we were driving he went over all the features of the vehicle and explained a lot about the difference in some different vehicles. He was a very good salesman. We told him we would be looking around February or March for a vehicle. And that he has gave us reassurance in Chevrolet and that we will be glad to try again. So if anyone is looking to buy a new vehicle please go see Jacob Spell at Reed Lallier Chevrolet on Raeford rd in Fayetteville NC. He's a wonderful person. Have a wonderful day 😊.
