Hi all my wife and I just purchased a new 2500 HD from Boyd. It was our first time at the dealership nice clean and organized placed. I have purchased quite few vehicles in my 70 years and had a great experience. I connected with Chuck hitch told him what I wanted to look at and he had it ready and waiting upon our arrival. Chuck was a great salesman, not pushy at all and was knowledgeable about the truck. He’s just an all-around nice guy. Despite an earlier and less than ideal experience, I returned to RK Service with my 2021 Yukon for a fuel management system recall and an oil change. When I picked up my vehicle I mentioned to the service rep we had noticed that our owner’s manual was missing following a previous service call, Mary was our service rep. What a difference this experience was! She was very helpful and professional. I just got the call that my owner’s manual is ready for pick up. I’ll be asking for her every time. Thanks to the techs for good service and a special thanks to Mary for restoring my faith that someone listens and cares at the RK service department

I called and spoke with Brittney, a sales supervisor, who was informative and courteous, and we made plans to look at it the next morning. I was met by David and Brittney and we ended up taking a test drive and making a deal shortly thereafter. everybody was courteous, informative, and overall a good experience.
