The headlight that was replaced was not properly fixed. When driving at night you will notice that the light is not aligned to give direct vision. I will return it to correct the problem.

Do NOT take your vehicle to this location! I brought my 2021 Tahoe in for a mirror/camera replacement. Upon pickup I noticed they had scratched up the mirror assembly. Cody (service manager) looked at the damage with me and stated the technician must have put it on a hard surface during the process and they would take care of the damages. Then when the new mirror came in I was advised I would have to take my vehicle to another location as they don’t have a body shop on site, I asked them to shuttle the vehicle to the location for me as I have work and they refused. I had to take time out of my day to drive 45 minutes away from my home to deal with this then while at the body shop what should have taken 30 minutes took 4 hours and all I was told was sorry this was not priority as it was not a paying job!!! (Again I did not get irate with anyone) Then today my check engine light came on and a few other things so I took it back to the dealership only to be turned away. When I spoke with the GM and asked why all he could say was we don’t see eye to eye on your vehicle. So in a nutshell shell they refused me service because I’m not the normal person who picks up their vehicle and says have a good day…I actually inspect the repair area to make sure it’s good before leaving the property. Seems they don’t want to be responsible for issue they cause when they have your vehicle in their possession! I would advise you to take photos/videos of your vehicle upon drop off and to check your vehicle when you pick it up!! Very shady dealership!!!

We had to painfully look at selling our 23 Camaro LT1 Convertible we had just leased 4 weeks ago due to learning very recently that I have upcoming major ankle surgery which will result in me not being able to drive a manual transmission. We shopped around and Nalley Chevrolet came to our rescue and got us out of our lease with an equity check as a HUGE BONUS!!! We worked with Nelson Pugh in sales as he was our advocate to get this deal closed and with the help of Sales Mgr Derak Rawlings and General Mgr Erik Sims they got it done and confirmed as we live in North Florida. I drove up and the process was very smooth and efficient as Nelson was on point and drove me to the airport after paperwork was completed so I could fly home with mixed emotions after having to sell our Camaro daughter Kylee. I will now order my 24 Camaro when orders open and an automatic transmission of course and Nelson will get that opportunity as well as any future needs we or family/friends have moving forward so give Nelson and the Nalley Chevrolet team an opportunity to earn your business they will go the extra mile as they did for us...
