I have purchased 2 vehicles from Bulldog Kia I have always received top notch customer service. The service goes beyond the purchase of the vehicle. I’ve always had my vehicles serviced here as well. I always use Beau Wegmann as my service advisor and he is great! It is always a pleasure doing business with him. He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and always makes sure all my questions and concerns are answered. It is always nice to walk into a place of business that has so many customers and have them know who you are! Thanks again Beau!

What a refreshing experience! - ptesco58

What a refreshing experience! No pressure to purchase or to dealer finance, but so much good information on the vehicle, the technology, the warranty, and the service department. I left with NO unanswered questions, and I thoroughly enjoyed the drive home in my new Crosstrek. Thank you, Richard!

The staff at Athens Ford was exceptional. My salesman was knowledgeable and personal and professional. Michael knew a great deal about the EV I wanted to purchase and what he didn’t know he asked for assistance from someone who could othe answer. Everyone else was equally knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. The whole car purchase experience was pleasant.

Well you cannot go any lower than one star otherwise I would have. I sold a car through Mr. Gerardo, the owner of Covington Autoplex, while I was in my transition from a school in Mississippi out to San Diego on Military Orders, My G/F said he was a good family friend and would take good care of me, so I ran with it. It was an absolute nightmare, for starters the P.O.S never answered his phone, checked his voicemails, ETC. After about a month and a half I had to fly back to the state of Louisiana to check on my car, only to find out that he sold my car for a substantial amount less than what I was looking to get for it, and not only that the coward did not have the decency to call me and see if it would be ok to sell it for that price. IMO, never go to this sh#! hole it is an absolute headache dealing with these people.
