The issue I had with my 2022 Dodge Ram 1500 with Etorque engine was not directly related to Boone Dodge but rather Dodge Ram itself, Dennis Hartley was great in keeping me upated on the warranty/part order for an over 5000 part backorder on Ram's part. I was originally told it would be 3-5 months but was actually 2 months without my truck. Dennis kept me informed during the whole process of trying secure the part needed for the engine. Great Service!!

Purchased a 2024 gmc canyon 9-5-25 and was told it would be ready next day (Saturday) I went Monday it was not ready and they did not attempt to inform me. 30 minutes drive one way wasted. Vehicle was finally delivered 10-20-25!!!! Warranty for vehicle was finally put in place Late December. All through this all communication was initiated by me. This is by far the worse dealership I have worked with in the past 50 years! Beware, they promise but do not deliver, they do not know their business from manager to sales person to finance person.

Whatever happened to honesty? Does it not mean anything anymore? I got a 2014 Dodge Avenger from them wasn’t even the car I was approved for but I needed a vehicle. I did put about 38,000 on it but I had to keep putting work into it. It had major and still has major oil leaks, bad ACM, Bad Compressor, bad oil sensors , bad alternator , bad battery, bad oil filter housing ,No Air, bad calipers and rotors, and recently found out that the oil cooler has leaked the entire time. I have taken my car back to zoom have paid nearly $3000 total in towing costs. It is now 2026 and I got this car late December of 2024 and I have Not been able to drive the car for nearly a year and it’s been very hard. Make matters worse rose I have been treated less than human. Zoom did send me an oil pump with some gaskets and I appreciate that but I’m f they would have done an inspection like they said they did they would have discovered that the car was not road safe. So in my opinion it is intentional deception.

I was disappointed we couldn't make a deal ,but I appreciated the time, courtesy and thoroughness that they showed. I would highly recommend this dealership. They were honest without being harsh and treated me like a valued customer. I don't give 5 stars very often. I would give them more if I could.

My Wife and I purchased a GMC truck on August 13, 2013. After a week we were told to return the truck because they could not finish the deal.We were appalled as I had already spent money making some improvements on it. We were not compensated. We were offered another truck and we took it. We later found out that they had destroyed my credit rating by trying over 20 times to secure a lending institution to go the loan on the first truck and failed. Doing this lowered my rating drastically. They promised to fill the tanks on both trucks and did not. The second truck had no owners manual and it took 3 weeks to get it after many phone calls. We are still waiting for our registration and the 30 day tag will expire tomorrow. We were told to alter the date on the tags expiration date by office personnel. We complained to management and were told we would have our registration on Thursday September 12, 2013 by way of overnite mail. We did not receive it and now the tag will expire leaving us truckless. I am considering legal action. I wonder how this dealership stays in business.

Dealership sold a car that had hidden problems with the seats. When confronted with the problem, I was continually told that fixing the problem was not part of the deal because it was a used car.
