I took my 2025 Explorer ST in for Service for the first time and had a great experience. The Service Rep, Judith, was great. She offered an Uber ride back to my house due to several recalls that could take all day. A text message from Group 1, gave me a link to an inspection video of my vehicle, which was a plus. I got another text about my vehicle being ready. I went back to the dealer and picked up my vehicle. It was very easy. That’s how it should be for all dealerships. Thanks Group 1 for setting the bar.

Need to seriously watch out for these people. They will try and rip you off around every piece of paper. Got one key with vehicle battery is definitely low sales person new it at time of delivery didn’t seem to care. Tried getting new battery and he completely ignored us the following day. Like he said you bought it. My fault for not getting it in writing and allowing them to have me sign nothing owed before even checking everything out.

Laurel Ford service department has the car we bought 5 months ago in their shop for the fourth time with the same problem (6th time it's been in a shop since buying 5 months ago) They either don't know what they are doing or they don't want to fix it. Either way, our experience with this has been horrible. The car has been there 7 days right now, it is Friday and they say they may have it fixed by Tuesday of next week because the fuel pump has not come in. I have NO IDEA why they did not ship it overnight! That is 11 days it will be in their shop, if it is even fixed then. Very unacceptable! Ford Motor Co will not stand behind their brand either. Customer service is a joke!

I really had a wonderful experience at Crescent Ford, I dealt directly with the sale manager Joe Monaghan. He and his staff were very professional, and treated me like I was family! I would definitely recomend that if anybody was shopping for a New or Used Truck or S U V, go there and you will see what im talking abot.
