I’m out of town and the dealership refused to fix my truck because I had a small trailer connected to it. The service manager Ryker was a total jerk about it. I paid $200 and had my truck towed back to Cincinnati where I get much better service. I’ve also seen places to fix trucks that place doesn’t have any room to do anything would not call any Louisville truck center. That’s a joke. They’re lucky if they can service a neon.

With 700 credit scores, we were hoping for bank financing but got on a lot of money instead. In the six months we’ve had we’ve had a suspension a few other actuators just issue after issue after issues on top of being told that it would take $9000 cash to buy us out of the loan for a vehicle but only books at 3000 and reasons because they charge interest by the day or so I was told terrible terrible terrible experience all the way around and I had hoped and expected so much better due to the recommendation that I had received.

These ppl are terrible, thee mileage has been rolled back on 2015 Durango I bought 8-24-2023 and cylinder #5 is messed up the odometer was switched out and the screw s weren’t put back. Called to let them kno I give 20 k for it , talked to them all excuses I kno cars and when one’s been messed with. Don’t buy from them . I will be contacting car fax and capital one over the lemon the rear end is also messed up . A day after I bought it had to park it haven’t drove it since . Warning about them

After searching for a clean Land Cruiser / Lexus450 I responded to an add on Mr. Connors web site. Vehicle looked clean and had Diff Loc (locking differential ) an option that was a must have. Mr. Connor assured me that the vehicle had this option as specificaly photographed in the ad (a switch on the dash) but they were not working properly (would light up indicater on dash and click under the floor but were repairable). Said he had driven the car several times with his family and everything worked and no "funny smells " etc. I wired him the $8700 and made arrangements to have truck sent to TX. When the vehicle arrived it was dark green not black as stated and not discernible in photo, it had no Diff Loc option, non operational parking lights, non operational driver remote mirror, radio that does not stay on and no driver sun visor not to mention the moldy smell. After contacting Mr. Connor (after SEVERAL unreturned calls) he stated that he didn't know that the vehicle did not REALLY have Diff Locs and no explanation of why the switch was present on the dash and had no comment on the other problems nor an explanation of how a light indicator could come on for an accessory that did not exist . He further stated that I should not have any trouble selling the car in Texas if I really didn't want it, but he was NOT going to stand behind it. The vehicle was totally misrepresented nor did he send the temporary license with the vehicle so it's not even legally drivable until it is registered in Texas. He was not the same person that I talked to before he was sent my money. Be aware of this "dealer". He is the typical used car salesman and I would caution anyone that this is not a dealership or person to do business with.

They appear to sell junk from auctions, and just put 'em in the lot. Make no effort to fix things. The pious "Christian" vibe is bogus. Bought a Camaro RS back in the day, immediately needed a fuel pump, the hydraulic arms that held up the hood, starter crapped out 2 days after purchase, and battery was old and worn out. As I said buy at auction and flip them to make a quick buck. They didn't seem to even make an attempt to even look like they where selling quality stuff. Attitude seems to be You are a loser cause you can't do real finacing, so take it or leave it. They give buy here pay here the low class rep that industry has.

Have bought two cars from Ben and my family has purchased three others. Fantastic service, pricing, and negotiating! You pull in the lot, greeted by the sales rep, and left alone unless you have questions. No pressure at all! Then you want pricing on something, and you are brought the pricing and the keys. Very relaxed atmosphere which is outside of anything expected at a used car dealership. I plan to by my next used car from here and recommend them to anyone that is even considering bying a newly used car.
