Gabe was amazing! I was given his name by another of his customers so I called ahead with a couple of choices I was looking at and he had them ready and waiting when we arrived. We ended up driving 3 different vehicles that day, made a trip to the bank and we were still in and out in 3 hours. The first hour and half was spent driving and deciding which one we wanted so to be fair, Gabe had all the paperwork done, car cleaned again, gas tank filled, and on our way in 1.5 hours. Our next purchase will come from Gabe at Wally Armour!

Outstanding purchase experience. I’ve also had service and maintenance done here on my 2017 Bolt EV. If you’re considering buying a car buy here. This is doubly true if you’re considering an EV. They handled warranty repairs as my warranty was about to expire. No issues no hassle just fixed right. Came in for service again today and no games just got me in and out. My experience with them has been so good. I’ve called GM to let them know how well they have made me glad I purchased a GM from them. If your looking for a straight forward experience and deal see Tom G and Bill they are great to work with before and after the sale!

He was friendly, professional, quick to respond and assist beyond a regular car sale. I bought the car over the phone/internet and had it shipped from Ohio to Texas. Derrick took pictures and videos of everything up until it left. I would highly recommend this dealership and in particular Derrick Zeger.

I had a good experience buying my Mazda CX-5 at Kempthorn. I also looked at a VW Tiguan and a Volvo XC40 while there. Jay Murdock was good to work with and not high pressure. And he was understanding even when we wandered off and talked to the salesman in their Volvo area. My only real complaint was I felt he could have been just a little better at pointing out the the best features of the vehicle.

Today my elderly mother took her 2020 Ford Escape in for factory service. She was treated poorly by one of two service personnel and he was very inattentive to her needs or concerns with the vehicle. After a short time period, she was advised her vehicle service was completed but found no reason for the service display wrench icon, speculating that her oil simply needed changed. This vehicle was purchased new from Waikem Ford & has less than 17,000 miles. She was charged $90 for an oil change & tire rotation. The service rep also failed to deduct a $10 service coupon she presented prior to the vehicle being serviced, promising to make it up to her "next time." After speaking with her today, I can assure the Diehl management team both in Massillon & Butler PA she nor any other member of our family will patronize any of your dealerships again for service or sales. We have long supported the Waikem family of dealerships having lived in the Massillon area for over 55 years. My wife & I personally have purchased over 12 new & used cars from Waikem over the decades but no longer. Perhaps Corinna Diehl needs more stringent oversight of the Massillon operations to ensure the total lack of concern to customers is remedied but any corrective action will be too late for us.

The worst car I ever owned was from here. From the lying salesman. That told us he had to tell Scott he won't sell crap on his lot. I didn't catch on then as I should have. So we drove a 2011 pathfinder off the lot to find it's never been looked over. So they says we don't have a mechanic bring it back for a day, so we can fix it. Well we did. That day turned to 7 weeks. Blowing us off daily not returning calls. The entire rear sub frame rotted out. The entire shock system as well. So they said it's in tip top shape cmon down and get your car. So we get there. To be told we can not drive the car off the lot due to plates expired. While in their possession. We had to argue to even leave to go get plates immediately. As we did get those. So we get to our driveway 23 mins away from shook. Check engine light comes on. Never had it Happened before. So we took it directly to a Nissan dealership. For warranty purposes. Nissan said we're minutes away from the entrie tires falling off and breaking a lot more, items under the cars front end. And gas was very apparent with the smell. So they said it been cut. I called Scott and he said we were subject to thieves due to where we live. CANTON OHIO...!!! Well shook said the never touched the gas tank we hit something. Which never happened. So they started to blame us more said the city we live in someone obviously tried to steal gas. WOW JUST WOW...!! THIS IS DIRECT FROM THE Ownership...! AND HOW YOU WILL BE TREATED...!The entire rear suspension rotted out. The front tie rods ball joints entirely busted out. And busted gas line on top of the gas tank. We have cameras on our vehicle and our home for safety. No one was around our car all night day. So after Nissan fixes the car correct we will have an amazing vehicle. Non of it is thanks from shook auto. So now we have gotten the report and damages we were sold with the car. They never touched looked at in any way shape or form. So we have no choice but to approach the attorney general now for help. Because shook hasn't been responsible for what they should have done before we eve stepped foot on the lot to be able to buy a broken down lemon like this one. Never will I tell anyone to go here. Thank God I have to deal with a bank and never has to deal with shook again any way shape or form. Good riddance...!!!!

If I could leave a zero star review I would. Called Car guru on Sunday. They passed the information on to the dealer. Call the dealer Monday morning. Wanted to leave a down payment on a car was told they do not accept the down payment. Call them Tuesday morning, on our way with cash in hand before they open and was told somebody put money down on the car and it is no longer available. Would like to know why they would not accept my down payment, but did accept somebody else’s terrible terrible business.

I purchased a 2014 Chevy equinox from these guys. It only had 64,000 miles on it and I purchased it in September and it's now the end of winter and I'm being told that the exhaust system needs two catalytic converters, a flex pipe and a new motor. I paid $10,000 for this car and as of right now basically it's trash just to replace the converters and the flex pipe is a $3,000 job and that's not even including the motor. I would personally never even consider buying a vehicle from this lot ever again because he didn't even want to change wiper blades or help out with a bent rim when we purchased it

I bought the truck six months back an wanted to wait before I made a review. The things I liked about Outdoors Unlimited from the starts was the good selection of trucks. They were well described and matched the pictures and descriptions posted online. There were no sales people pushing stuff at me. The man I dealt with listened to me and what my needs were for a truck and then showed me what he had to offer. He knew all the options, features and axle ratios etc. I was there a few times before I found a truck that was exactly what I wanted. At no point was I pressured to buy. Since then the truck has been great and I am very happy.

Review for Just Like New Collision This has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with a body shop. I brought my car to Just Like New Collision after hitting a deer. The paint is already peeling, and the replacement bumper is a cheap aftermarket part that doesn’t even fit properly. When I called to address the issue, I was told a new bumper had been ordered and it would just take some time to arrive. I waited patiently for two months before calling again, only to find out the body shop had been sold—and no one ever bothered to contact me. The new owner had zero record of the bumper order or even my vehicle information. I then contacted the sister dealership for help and left several voicemails with their Director of Operations. He returned only one call, and since then, I’ve been completely ignored despite multiple follow-ups. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I was promised a resolution and instead got radio silence. If this is how they stand behind their work, I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting this family of dealerships.
