The Finance Manger, Kevin was extremely helpful and professional and worked to get us the very best rates that met our needs. We also had the privilege of working with the Business mgr Dan and he helped to expedite the deal to get us out the door and on our way. We give Jordan Toyota a 5 star rating and will recommend them to our friends and family. We are very happy with our purchase.

He was very knowlegeable about the vehicle and answered all our questions, sometimes several times over in order to explain the technology to us. He was always polite and he seemed to want what was best for us.It was a great experience and everyone was wonderful to work with, Wisdom, Bill, and Theresa. It is a 1st class operation. Worst experience ever, one star is being generous. Used car had numerous problems as soon as we drove it off the lot. They scanned it the next day and it has a list of issues which magically appeared as soon as we drive away with the check engine, light and coolant light. They are unwilling to fix anything. Steer clear, anywhere else would be better There’s an issue when the manager of the store won’t do anything, but then his boss is his wife and then her boss is her father That says enough right there
