Labadie Toyota in Bay City is one of the best dealerships I've ever worked with. I've purchased 2 pre-owned vehicles from them and cannot say enough about the amazing sales team. Their team listens and understands your needs, are friendly and make car buying fun. Justin, Cody and team were absolutely wonderful. They also have an excellent service department. Full of lies. First my oil change emptied half or more of the oil on my new concrete when I returned home, then they told me the oil filter gasket was bad..funny there was no oil on the filter. Oil leak was on opposite side. An employee promised to come and clean the concrete today..the day is half over,not a word. They won't see me again.

My daughter bought a vehicle from Betten Baker about 2 months ago. She’s only made one payment on it and already has to replace the engine. I contacted them and they aren’t willing to do anything to make it right. They state they inspected it prior to selling and there was nothing wrong with it. However, the damage done to this engine was due to being run out of oil several times, which hasn’t even had time to do. They clearly saw an opportunity to take advantage of a young lady that knows nothing about vehicles and jumped on that opportunity.
