I purchased a 2012 escape from this dealership about a month ago. The test drive went well even for one with a stick transmission. I saw no problems and bought the car with a cashier's check. Within a couple days I could see an oil stain under it and the shifter never would engage consistently. Plus there was a squeaking belt that developed. I will probably end up selling it

The sales staff were friendly and did everything right when it came to closing it was a very unpleasant experience . The person who processed the paperwork started telling us everything that can go wrong with this beautiful vehicle belittling the Lincoln name which I highly respect he was pushing to sell us extended warranties starting at 2500 dollars. He told us there is nothing better and that I had to make a decision right now. Of course that made me just want to get away from him figuring that it must be a very large commission for him. So when we got home with the car my wife is questioning if this is a good vehicle what’s going to break. We have had much discussion of what to do and after I thought about it I decided to put tit in the hands of the dealer. So I sent them my complaints and at this point they asked me to provide a review which I am, happy to provide. I have no idea if or when they will tell me something to make me feel better. I believe this a good dealer with a bad employee/. At least I hope they didnt train him to torment buyers.

We have delt with Albion Ford for a number of years. The people there are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and pleasant. They have earned our trust. Eric has sold us a number of new Fords and we look forward to buying more. When we come in for service or oil changes the people in the service department are friendly and helpful. Ricky is one of the people we deal with. Dave is another. I think the finance person's name is Richard. Another gem of a person. In the parts department are more super people. I am unable to name every person there that we have delt with BUT I cannot name a person there that we were disappointed or are unhappy with. This is a TERRIFIC DEALERSHIP and we are HAPPY TO DO BUSNIESS with them.

I enjoy making the trip from Galesburg to Plainwell to get my oil changed. Everyone there is alway nice, friendly, the waiting room is always clean, and my service is always completed quickly!
Multi point inspection NOT DONE - TO TRUSTING
UPDATE Im on SSD from 2 back surgery's and 3 neck surgery's I finally saved enough money to get the AC checked as it did not work. I bought it in December so I could not tell. And they told me the AC works, As it went threw our multi point inspection. I all ready had to have the front struts and rear autoride shocks and upper and lower ball joints Repaired. As the steering wheel would shack An this cost me $1100.00 for that repair. Which I was told was all inspected and in working order. Now the repair shop called and said the rear AC albumin line has a hole in it and there is no Freon in the system. And the repair will be $1248.00 DO NOT TRUST ANY ONE AT THIS DEALER THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM. And dont buy there extended warranty as they would not cover this as they said it was a preexisting problem just like the suspension
