If I could give 0 stars I would , my experience at Deery Iowa City Jeep Chrysler has been the most frustrating car buying ordeal of my life , I am writing this as a WARNING to anyone even thinking about walking onto their lot My son purchased his 2023 Jeep Compass from them , this was his first dealership experience and boy they knew it and totally ran with it ! Within 24 hrs of driving it home we discovered the light assembly was broken. Pretty straight forward , Right ? Take it back, get it fixed and move on. Instead of them owning up to it ,the dealership flat out said it's not their problem . They gaslit us , blamed us for the damage that was clearly there when my son bought the car and treated us like we were the problem . The whole thing has been a nightmare of runarounds , excuses ,and delays .It has now been 3 WEEKS and still trying to get this resolved 3 WEEKS of my time , my patience and energy drained because they refuse to take responsibility for selling us a vehicle that wasn't in the condition they had promised. Save yourself the headache. Save your money. Save your time .Go literally anywhere else .A dealership that won't stand behind the cars it sells - and then has the audacity to blame the customer -does not deserve your business ! Will update if this ever gets resolved , but I am not holding my breath .

On a recent trip to Anamosa for my mother's 85th birthday, our van's air conditioning stopped. Driving all the way up from Georgia to pick her up in Anamosa and planning a whirlwind tour of Wisconsin, Minnesota, South Dakota, Wyoming and Nebraska, we were desperate for a repair and fast. What we thought would be a devastating dent in our time and money turned into an hour detour, or less. We can't say enough good things about the wonderful customer service and genine concern of this dealership for someone who is not a regular customer.
