My first impression was that the personnel I encountered were all very personable. They seemed genuinely interested in seeing how they could best help me and making me feel comfortable. Secondly, they seemed quite knowledgeable about the various models I was interested in looking at and helped me narrow down the options to those best meeting my needs. Finally, once we sat down to discuss the details they seemed to become my personal representative rather than just another salesperson simply representing the dealership.
