As someone who had no idea what information was helpful to communicate when buying a car, I really appreciated how he asked insightful, intentional questions that helped clarify what actually mattered to us. He took the time to truly understand our priorities and guided us toward the perfect car. One moment that made a big impression on me was Malik’s maturity and emotional intelligence. Sensing that I was feeling overwhelmed, he actually reintroduced himself once we moved into a quieter setting, almost as a “reset.” That small but thoughtful gesture made a huge difference and immediately helped me feel more relaxed and confident moving forward. Malik is incredibly knowledgeable, communicates with respect and clarity, and is refreshingly direct in a way that builds trust. On top of that, he worked with us to create a great deal on our car. The entire process felt smooth, supportive, and genuinely positive. We are incredibly happy with our experience. Malik is personable, easy to work with, and truly exceptional at what he does. When we’re ready for our next car, we will absolutely be returning to Honda of Orland Park—and we will be asking for Malik without hesitation.
