With the rise in auto prices, I was looking for just the - Rene'

With the rise in auto prices, I was looking for just the right vehicle, used, for the right price. I drove over an hour to look at a vehicle they had here. It was well worth the trip. The staff are so professional, and Kevin helped me with this purchase, and made sure I was satisfied before I had it home. Thank you to everyone who worked to make my purchase the best experience it could be. The service team, the sales team, the finance team. My only regret is that they are not closer to where I live, but I know they will be there for me, if I need something.

Outstanding customer service from their Service Dept! - mpatrick

Outstanding customer service from their Service Dept! They helped ensure that Ford Motor Co honored their drivetrain warranty to replace the transmission on my 2019 Fusion. Furthermore, Ford Motor Co had originally denied my claim for tow truck and rental car expenses because I did not book the reservations through Ford, but Michelle stayed on Ford and got them to reimburse me for both expenses!

We have always had a great experience buying a new - Scott

We have always had a great experience buying a new vehicle at KC Summers Buick GMC. Yesterday was the best customer experience we have ever had at any dealership in all the years we have been buying vehicles. It was honestly all because of our sales person, Patrick Tingley. Patrick is such a knowledgeable and personable young man that he made us comfortable from the moment we met him and gave us a very relaxed, enjoyable experience. He is a very very transparent salesperson, works to get you the best deal and never ever pushed or rushed us into a decision on purchasing a vehicle. He was willing to proceed however we wanted by taking a small deposit to hold the truck, telling us to take our time and if we wanted to look around more or think about the purchase or, which we ultimately did, purchase the truck and he would make sure that everything was done that day even right up to closing. What a pleasant truck buying experience and we can’t thank Patrick enough!

Easy process and no pressure. - Tnmcg69

WE did a lot of communication before we came to the - Scott

WE did a lot of communication before we came to the dealership, so things were quicker and easier than usual. We worked with David Cox, who was wonderful, as well as Matt Kramer. As we were getting ready to drive off with the new truck, we noticed a small ding on a door. They came to my work the next day, picked it up, fixed the door perfectly, and had it back in the parking lot before I finished for the day. Not sure what else I could have asked for, but that is probably why this is our third vehicle from them. Top Notch!

Working with Michael Howell was such a quick, painless - Savannah Meers

Working with Michael Howell was such a quick, painless and easy process. You’re able to work with someone who cares about you as a customer and not just another sale. Highly recommend Mike at the Charleston Pilsons!

LaDarius Taylor was an excellent salesman for my 2027 - robinfans1

LaDarius Taylor was an excellent salesman for my 2027 Honda Hybrid CR-V. He was very kind, listened well to what I was looking for, and was great in keeping me informed about the availability of my vehicle, which was not easy to find in the color and trim that I wanted. I was very impressed with his service and his quick response via text whenever I had a question. He even sent me a photo of my vehicle being delivered on the truck to the dealership!

Friendly and fast service. - terry

Friendly and fast service. We were at a horse show down the road when our 1-ton dually would not start. They got us in right away and found one of our batteries was faulty. Completed the warranty work with no waiting or hassle. Highly recommend the service department!

Very dishonest people. - Darylh683

Very dishonest people. If you drive more than a few minutes to get there, then they think that you’re invested in the car and will lowball you in the trade in and refuse to negotiate. They are very kind over the phone to get you there.

Competent - Person

Knowledgeable, able to answer all of my questions. Friendly and not at all aggressive in their approach. Whenever I went to the dealership there were friendly but not pushy folks greeting me.

I highly recommend working with Joe Wenskunas at Bob... - arundell14

I highly recommend working with Joe Wenskunas at Bob Brady Honda. I looked at different cars at multiple dealerships to find a reliable and inexpensive small car. I found a lot of bluster, little expertise, and poor service until I drove to Decatur. No pressure, sound knowledge of the vehicles on the lot, friendly follow up, and respect for me as a buyer made all the difference. Joe said up front that he wanted to earn my business and he did. Great experience, and I love my new car!

Went to the Dodge dealership just to look. - David & LaDawna

Went to the Dodge dealership just to look. Wasn’t really looking for a new vehicle as I loved my 2019 Jeep Cherokee that I bought from Bob Brady about 6 years ago. Met with Diana Hughes and she was amazing! We had gone to a couple other dealerships and actually walked away from some good deals because the salesperson was either too pushy or rude. Diana never once pressured us into buying a new vehicle. She just explained what deal she could give us and what she could do for us. We test drove a 2024 Dodge Hornet and I fell in love with it. Because of her laidback and friendly personality we decided to buy it. Won’t be going to a different dealership in the future and will always ask for Diana in the future. Other dealerships must think people love pushy salespeople but never once has any of the staff we’ve dealt with at Bob Brady have ever been pushy or rude with us. Thank you Diana for helping us! You definitely have long term customers out of us!

Purchased this 2015 Dodge Challenger from Maloy at - Cliff George

Purchased this 2015 Dodge Challenger from Maloy at Autotown this weekend. This was one of the best experiences I've had with a car salesman. Top notch customer service. Maloy even created a personalized video of the car and a full view of any imperfections and to give me piece of mind since I lived 4.5 hours away. He even ensured that I would be able to hear the exhaust as this was a big selling point. Maloy made the purchase painless and even gave me a courtesy call the day after purchase to ensure that I was completely satisfied. You will not go wrong purchasing a vehicle from these guys. Highly recommended. Even considering making another 4.5 hour drive when my wife's vehicle is ready for trade. 5 STARS!!!
