I was in the process of buying a preowned Ford F150 from a Chevy dealership... no jokes please, and I noticed the vehicle had a slight issue. This issue was no fault of Boland, rather the person who traded in the vehicle to Boland never had a recall by Ford fixed on the truck. So, here's what happened... I wanted to buy the truck, but I wanted it fixed before I purchased it, and Boland realized that the recall was no longer being paid for by the Ford company since the recall expiration date had passed. This is where Cheryl and Boland management decided to eat the cost and have the vehicle fixed without pushing any additional cost upon me. I was told by everyone, even the guys who I talked with in the shop that they lost money on this deal. They constantly told me that my satisfaction was critically important to them since they don't advertise, but they rely solely upon word of mouth, so they do everything possible to ensure the customer is satisfied. If you are looking for the your next vehicle, then I would contact Cheryl. BTW, I've owned the vehicle 4 months now, and it's running great!

I went to Molle Thursday November 13th, 2025, at 2:10 p.m. and asked for an oil change. The service advisor quickly snapped, we are all booked, no oil changes today. This was the most pathetic version of, "you're not worth my time get out of here bud" that I have ever seen. Rude and offered no apology or offer to come back tomorrow. I sent the follow message to the service manager Mike Bradley and received no reply. I called earlier this week about scheduling an appointment for an oil change. I was specifically told by the gentleman on the phone that it was a first-come-first-serve matter. I arrived at the service center today at 2:10 p.m. The service advisor acknowledged me and asked me what I needed. I told him I wanted an oil change. He abruptly replies, “there are no oil changes available.” I have visited many dealerships and have never been refused an oil change. It is not like I showed up near closing time. Whatever the reason for non-service today it did not seem right. I left this dealership and had my oil changed at Cable Dahmer Chevrolet. The oil change was a nonissue. The service underwriter was cordial and polite. Why can’t your service department replicate the same service and treatment that I received today at another dealership? My intent for visiting your service center was to support the dealership that I purchased my Malibu from. Granted, an oil change is one of the more affordable service needs of customers. If you are unable to handle the minor needs of a customer, why would I return for more expensive services in the future? Communication is important. If there is a hard cutoff for an oil change then state, the policy for everyone to know and understand. I was both sad and disappointed when I left your service center today. I will not be returning in the future.

My son took his car in for repair (2nd time dor the same issue) and the backup lights stopped working when he left. He took it back in and they said he needed an under hood fuse block for $500. We took it to another dealership and they replaced a blown fuse. The backup lights work now. Don’t use this dealership!

Hulett Buick did an outstanding job for us today 10/26/22. We had the front drive shaft on our 2018 Buick TourX drop loose. Towed the vehicle to Hulett and talked to Matt (service Rep) they were busy but fit us in Nick (Service Mgr) got us a courtesy ride with Rick back to our condo (12 miles away) by 2:30pm they called and said they had it ready to go. Came and picked us back up. Rick was great to visit with as we drove back to dealership. Nick then explained that the previous dealership had not locked the front driveshaft in place. They fixed it and said “No Charge”! They could have made up a line of BS and charged us $100 for diagnostics, but he was so happy to help us!
