Trey in finance was absolutely amazing as well! He wasn't pushy on trying to sell add ons. He was thorough and made the whole process fun and exciting. Absolute NIGHTMARE dealership! - golfpayne

Absolute NIGHTMARE dealership! We bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee...it didn't even make 26miles!! Broke down on the I35 and had to tow it to a mechanic. The mechanic said there is no way there could have been any fluid in the radiator because the oil cooler was completely destroyed and had been for quite some time. We poured fluid into the radiator and it came out the bottom of the engine as fast as we were filling it! Fixed the oil cooler $1000, put fluid in the radiator and it pours out of the side of the radiator where there were two giant cracks! Another $1000. The Jeep overheated so bad it melted a part of the air-conditioning behind the dash so now no air-conditioning in the 105 degree Texas summer! I had to call, email, threaten a law suit for weeks before I could ever get anyone to help. Finally Eric Williams "sales manager" says they will reimburse me for the damage. I immediately emailed him the receipts and that's the last I've heard. .it has now been over a month and nobody will return a single call or email.

We texted them about a vehicle we had been negotiating on - TD

We texted them about a vehicle we had been negotiating on for 2 weeks. We once again stated our offer. The said to come get it. We said we would be there after work. We called as we headed over (a 45 minute drive). After three phone calls, we finally spoke to a manager. We were told that the vehicle was being sold as we spoke. I told him that the text constituted a contract (legally speaking, it does), and he said that it didn't. He then also changed the agreed upon price to more than what we was discussed 2 weeks ago! Do not trust these people.

This is my second lease with Seminole Chevrolet and once - rjessethebody

This is my second lease with Seminole Chevrolet and once again I'm very happy with how it turned out. Everyone was very friendly and helpful during the leasing process. I appreciate how the staff worked to ensure the lease went through. I'm especially happy with saleswoman, Robin Grantham, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Also, Rob, the finance manager, made sure that the financial portion of the transaction went smoothly. Overall, it turned out to be a happy experience and I am very grateful.

Very poor customer service. Left me on the lot for a long time. Very poor knowledge of the auto, couldn't get a straight answer.

My opinion of the dealership is very mixed. - stan.hapka.2018

My opinion of the dealership is very mixed. The guy that sold me the vehicle is ok. The service department is absolutely horrible. There are IT issues that they really should resolve. Example, VM’s that never go anywhere or get returned. No f’s given by service manager. They are slow. Hours for and oil change (routinely). Disassemble and check things that they were not asked to check or repair. I wish they were better.

Our family purchased a vehicle from the dealership and - gomezfam

Our family purchased a vehicle from the dealership and could not have asked for a better experience! Daryl, Chris, Erik and the team were professional, informative and kind. We arrived at the dealership and our paperwork was ready to go. The car was front and center with a clean presentation. Any questions we had were answered. We received a thorough walk around of the vehicle’s features. We were even set up on the GMC app, OnStar and Sirius before we left the dealership. This truly made the vehicle feel like ours before driving it off the lot. The facility was clean and very well cared for. Amenities were outstanding! Thank you so much Randy Bowen Team! We will return for all future vehicle purchases.

We purchased a Tahoe from this dealership on July 30th. ... - Hgriffith

We purchased a Tahoe from this dealership on July 30th. At that time we traded in a Yukon that still had money owed on it. We of course worked this into our deal. We were told trade in would be paid off in 10 business days. Well on August 21st lien holder for Yukon drafted a payment from our account. So my husband called dealership and was told someone dropped the ball and we will get it paid off today and we will refund you the payment that they drafted. So we waited a week or so and checked with lien holder and still no payoff. So we called dealership again. Well they would have to look into it. So finally they called back and said that it was paid off on September 4th. So we check with lien holder and it still hasn't been paid off. I called them today and was told that they do not overnight payments or send them anyway that is traceable because that costs them money. Then I find out that they have already sold the Yukon. I don't know how this is possible since they do not have a lien release for the vehicle. They have done nothing but lie and talk in circles. I would not buy another vehicle from them if he'll froze over. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and I will also be contacting the Attorney Generals Office.
