A huge shoutout to my amazing saleswoman Laporsha she was patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. The finance managers, Drew and Azhar, were equally fantastic. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the best deal possible without any pressure or surprises. I had the opportunity to work with Drew at Audi Dallas last year and he continues to be equally as friendly, knowledgeable and overall great experience. During this transaction I worked more with Azhar, and he was equally amazing! Very detailed, and takes his time to explain all of the numbers in Finance and helps you add additional coverages like an extended warranty and GAP, but most importantly he’s very straight forward about the coverages, provides a great price for them and really is interested in what is best for the customer. Lastly, I want to thank Sam, the sales manager, for running such a professional and friendly team. Sam and stepped in and made sure I had the best deal possible. Sam did not make me feel pressure, and truly also cared about what made me as a customer happy. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here, and it really shows in how they do business. Angie was very helpful, super friendly, patient and professional during the process of checking out our freshly shipped from Schaumburg, IL the 2025 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited. Only drawback was I guess the company/ shop policy of only 20 minutes to test drive. I've never heard of that in purchasing vehicles before. I had paid $749 to have this car shipped and knew of the only two minor blemishes that were transparent and known from the listing for a tiny pinhole paint chip on passenger front side of fender panel and minor driver seat blemish on the leather. So very good chance I was going to purchase it, given the $749 gamble without having physically seen the vehicle in person until after delivery. I had pre-filled out paperwork online and uploaded necessary documents, so we were still there according to my wife over 4 hours. We were not in a rush though, and again appreciated Angie's patience and diligence in the process. I'd rather take thorough time than rush and possible mistakes or things missed. Overall still a good process though and would still recommend CarMax.

Had a great experience purchasing a new Santa Fe from Carter County Hyundai. Came late on a Friday night and they were extremely friendly and happy to have us look without any sense of rush. Came back the next day and they had the cars we wanted to look at again pulled up and ready to go for us. The paperwork/finance portion was the most efficient and easy going that I've ever had purchasing a car. Met everyone from our great salesman to the owner of the dealership. Octavius and Camron were super to work with as was the general manager. Never felt like they were pressuring or misleading us. Would definitely return for next purchase.
