Josh took special pains to keep me up to date on what was occurring and why and made the outcomes clear. Even threw in tire rotation as bonus, while holding off on rears for safety reasons. Appreciated the extras and the smiles. We're coming back!

Brought in my ram 3500 for a transmission recall. Truck sat in lot for a month just for them to tell me they can't work on it because it was tuned. Criter got in to engine bay and chewed up wires. And they stated it was there before. They couldn't provide proof that it was there before and said it was on me. Service manager was confrontational and said to just call my insurance as he laughed.

Best dealership experience we’ve had in a while. Sent my wife to check out a Powerstroke, and she didn’t like it. She found the Duramax of her dreams…. Can’t speak enough about how helpful Dakota was in the process. They made a good deal with us, and we took the truck home. I’ve been buying cars on average of 2 a year for the last 20 years…. Do the math, whatever Smith is doing right now- keep it up!! Although it’s creepy as xxxx that cars.com knew we made a deal…. Smdh….technology can be a bit nosey
