A little delayed in writing this review, but had to do it. I went to look at a vehicle in November 2023. Took it for a test drive and loved it. Unfortunately it turned out to be out of my range financially, but the dealership and it's Employees were top class. They didn't try to pressure me or undermine me, they simply tried their best to get me the lowest possible price, while offering me a very fair value for my trade-in ... for which I was really impressed with and Thankful for. Great job All!

As part of a breakfast then event, the Arizona Historical Military Transported Association club stopped by Streetside Classics were greeted by Eddie Edward’s, the sales manager and his team. What an exceptional group of people and showroom with over 260 cars indoor for sale. The place is a museum of every type of classic vehicle you can imagine. They even had their photographer Tommy King do a photo shoot of our military vehicles. If you’re in the market for a classic car or truck, I would highly recommend all Streetside Classics has to offer. Also you’re very welcome to come out and look at these vehicles. The atmosphere is not like a regular dealership. This is a fun place to spend your day. I am looking forward to coming back. So many choices, but I really would not mind having the yellow Lotus. Very professional, awesome individuals that are there to answer any questions you may have about their vehicles. If you’re in the market for a collectible vehicle, I would recommend this as the first place to shop. Their nationwide network of classic cars has something for everyone. ⭐☆☆☆☆ – Pricing Discrepancies, Misleading Credits, and No Follow-Through I am a long-time Subaru owner (WRX STI, WRX Limited, Ascent, and now a 2026 WRX Limited), and this was one of the most frustrating dealership experiences I’ve had. Initially, working with Shawn Cleghorn was straightforward. We agreed on a sales price of approximately $35,400, and everything seemed aligned. However, at signing, the price increased to over $36,700 without a clear explanation. After I questioned it, the number was adjusted, but still included an unexplained $470 difference from what was originally agreed upon. After reviewing my contract at home, I confirmed the discrepancy and reached out. The “resolution” offered was a $470 credit toward parts/services — with the expectation of providing a perfect survey score. That alone raised concerns about how customer feedback is being handled. I chose to use the credit toward a short throw shifter installation. According to Peoria Subaru’s own website, the part + install is listed at approximately $597. Based on that, my expected out-of-pocket after the $470 credit should have been around $130 + tax. Instead: • I was quoted around $600 prior to installation • I was then billed $975 after the work was completed • After escalation, the bill was reduced, but I still paid significantly more than expected Even after an additional $200 credit was offered, the final numbers still do not align with the dealership’s advertised pricing or prior agreements. Additionally, I have made multiple attempts to cancel the extended warranty I only agreed to for financing purposes, and the finance department has not responded. This experience reflects a consistent pattern: • Pricing changes at signing • Credits used to offset discrepancies instead of correcting them • Final charges that do not match advertised pricing • Lack of responsiveness from finance I will be providing documentation to support these claims. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this dealership review all numbers carefully, verify pricing against their website, and get everything in writing before signing.

We have used Car Max several times buying and selling cars. I recommend them to everyone needing a car, or selling one. I have delt with too many regular car dealerships in the past. Honda in Prescott was the only one that was great. Salesman has moved on. I don't know what the other sales people are like. He was like CARMAX. Before I knew what CM was. I told him what I wanted and he found it. I was disappointed it was white when I wanted red but it was perfect. White is cooler in hot weather. He shipped it in from California. I was thrilled to look on your website and find exactly what I wanted. Had it shipped here. In RED. Fully loaded. 2023 with only 15,000 miles. Must have been driven to the grocery store and back. I don't plan on ever buying another car unless it is a self drive. I figure in 10 years they should have figured out how to build safe and Reliable cars.
