I initially stopped in on a Saturday to look around. When I returned, I worked with Andrew (Sales Associate), Robert (Sales Manager), and Youssef (Finance Manager). They made me feel heard, understood my financial situation, and helped me find the perfect vehicle—a 2025 Santa Fe Calligraphy in grey. As a salesperson myself, I know I am not an easy customer to negotiate with. Andrew did an amazing job, remaining calm and personable throughout the entire process. Robert’s composed approach helped us reach a deal that worked exceptionally well for me, and Youssef handled the final paperwork quickly, efficiently, and without any pressure. I also want to highlight Diego, a sales representative who did not work on my sale but took the time to show genuine care. From the moment I kept returning, he was friendly, made my husband and me laugh, and went out of his way to speak with us. I usually experience sales reps only being attentive when they are closing a deal, but at your dealership, it was clear that everyone is genuinely kind and eager to help. Furthermore, once I received my SUV, the entire team pitched in to help me understand and set up its new features. When I decided to change from a gas vehicle to an electric vehicle, I was overwhelmed and doubting my decision. The entire process with this dealership was wonderful! My salesman Dennon was the great. He was professional, helpful, and his knowledge of the car helped me go over the pros and cons and I decided to purchase the ID.5. He had to call around to local dealerships that would agree swap vehicles so I could get the model and color combo I wanted. I’m so sorry, but I didn’t catch the names of the sales manager and general manager, but they went above and beyond to get me all of the rebates and discounts I had available to me for purchasing an electric vehicle. Ryan Gonzalez, the finance manager was equally impressive. His thoroughness explaining the additional coverages they offered was outstanding. He made sure that I understood the additional coverage I chose and his professionalism and expertise made me confident I wasn’t buying something I didn’t need or wouldn’t use. My son drove to Fairway Ford today to look at a 2025 Ford Expedition Max that apparently was transferred to another dealership. He was dissapointed and I must say that Bill Poston, sales manager made the day well worth the trip. I called Bill and explained the dissapointment after my son made an appointment to test drive the vehicle and possibly purchase it and subsequently the vehicle was transferred to their sister dealership in San Bernadino. I spoke with Bill and he had the vehicle returned to the dealership within a little over an hour. Now that is great customer service and a commitment to excellence. Bill and I spoke several times during the day and we talked numbers relative to this used vehicle in comparison to a new one. We spoke about the difference in payments and even costs considering the used would require an ESP extended warranty. Bill was a true professional and his demeanor and expertise in making deals happen could be felt in our phone calls. Bill stated he could put my son in a new 2027 Ford Expedition Max at a deal nobody could refuse. Bill was right. At $68k plus tax and license my son drove away with a new 2027 Black Expedition Max with gray leather interior loaded. His payment is a few dollars more than if he purchased the used vehicle with a warranty. Bill took the time to not only take my 4 phone calls but also to speak with my son personally and put him at ease on such a large consumer purchase and all of this while working 7-10 other deals from the tower. It's sales managers and individuals like Bill Poston who make a difference in the automotive industry and life in general. A truly stellar individual and representative for the Ford brand and professional that customers can no doubt rely on. Transparency, professionalism, caring, skilled, experienced and knowledgeable traits are what sets Bill apart from others and his efforts are truly appreciated! Yesterday, I brought my 2023 Q5 to Audi Pacific Service - Calbear92

Yesterday, I brought my 2023 Q5 to Audi Pacific Service since the power telescopic tilt button on the Q5 was not in its proper position- slightly depressed in and angled down so one could not lower the steering wheel. I only chose to go to Pacific since it was the closest dealer in the rain and they said getting a loaner “hasn’t been a problem.” [Background, car was at Audi Long Beach the day before for oil change, but I forgot about the steering column button issue]. Upon arrival to Pacific in Torrance, I was greeted and met Service Advisor, Jonathan. He seemed nice enough. Once I told him of the main issue- he went to physically inspect it and got the shop foreman to look at it to see if it was something easy to fix. [and another on-going MMI and Bluetooth issue that’s known across most Audi platforms.] He came back and said that it looks like “outside influence” and that’s not under warranty. It would cost $310. “If it was something easy to unbolt a screw, I would just do it for you, but you have to drop the entire steering column.” I declined. He also said that if your car was just at another dealer- you should go back to the selling dealer (not possible since in San Diego) or the most recent service dealer since you have a relationship with them on THIS car. This button is on the lower left side of the steering column and slightly recessed. One of the clips on the inside was not holding it in proper position, but the inuendo that “we” broke this is absurd. There’s no physical damage. This is the 1st time (and likely last) that this car has been brought to them- I had a terrible experience with a previous service writer several years ago on my eTron SUV where I asked for my keys back and would not return while he was still working there. I will appreciate Jonathan's frankness. He said that I should take the Q5 back to Long Beach or BH since I have had the car serviced there before and since I have an established relationship with them on THAT car- they had more leeway to offer “goodwill” and cover that issue. I was shocked that when he told me that the button was now inside the steering column since the foreman pushed it in while trying to assess. When I actually got into the vehicle- there was now an open hole in the lower steering column and a loose button. Since this was caused by the foreman and it was returned this way- this is not returning the vehicle in the same condition as it was brought it. Not taking responsibility since I declined their $310 charge. Not acceptable. What’s more outrageous- I took Jonathan’s advice and went back to my regular service advisor at Long Beach today. (Charles is awesome!). He not only greeted me when I pulled up- he already saw my note- personally took the vehicle straight into the service. In 15 minutes, the car was ready. Not even paperwork needed since it was a single Torx screw to remove the lower steering column plastic panel and put the power control button back into proper place. I even got a snack in their new comfortable, location. Moral: stick with Audi Long Beach for your Audi service needs.

Since all of their cars get extensive upgrades such as lifts bumpers winches and lights that significantly adds to the cost of the vehicles. However, everything worked out in the end as I made a good deal for my vehicle.
