I absolutely love the oil change service area across the - loritaoipu

I absolutely love the oil change service area across the street and down a little bit from the dealership but the service department in the main dealership not so much I schedule appointments to get service because I only like bringing my car to the dealership and there's always additional costs it's never what they tell you over the phone I actually walked out and canceled my appointment this last week for that reason and they don't give you any other options other than that I will still bring my car in for its regular oil changes and tire rotations across the street cuz they are absolutely amazing and their customer service is unmatched.

Desean is an amazing salesman. - anniebaer

Desean is an amazing salesman. I originally purchased an EV6 that sadly had to be returned due to a manufacturer defect. Desean was extremely apologetic and assisted in ensuring I was taken care of. When I was ready to purchase another (non electric) vehicle, he was once again informative and patient. I purchased a Hybrid Kia Sportage and am very happy with that purchase. Desean's assistance doesn't stop once you drive away with your new vehicle! He continues to ensure you are happy and well cared for. Thank you Desean for sticking with me through this journey!

I want to compliment Arman on providing excellent - npricenpr

I want to compliment Arman on providing excellent service- he was friendly, gave a complete report of the situation with my car and walked me to my car when it was ready. He apologised for the faulty washer on a brand new vehicle. Thank you Arman !

Korum preaches customer before car, that was a joke. - dlboggs0070

Korum preaches customer before car, that was a joke. dealership deposited our cash check early which cause us to overdraft our accounts. It was there idea to hold check before the funds cleared. All we got was a sorry we made a mistake by the GM Brett Solomon. I am a District manager for a large company that we always take care of the customer, Korum does not. I will not refer this dealership to any of my friends or workers, In fact I sent 2 of my neighbors to Titus Will Ford that bought cars that live in the Puyullap. area.

This dealership is a whole sharktank. - Msco

This dealership is a whole sharktank. They lie just to get a sale. Beware of this dealership. You will go in happy and leave crying. They do this thing where they pressure you into a sale and lie and then the salesman doesn't work there anymore and they lie some more then you're stuck in xxxx! If you are a woman never go alone to this shark tank! Especially if you have trauma issues. I got triggered and shut down and allowed myself to get stuck in a contract I told them I couldn't afford in the first place. This place is evil and will do anything to get a sale! I will never recommend unethical immoral dealerships like this one to anyone!

I purchased a Transit connect from this dealership and - belcourtmichael

I purchased a Transit connect from this dealership and paid $10,000 for a warranty,I had leaking coming from my engine so I take it in to get looked at it takes 3 days for the service to give me an answer on the issue mind you I have this vehicle for work and have to cancel all work till I get my vehicle after 3 days and bad communication with service advisor that doesn't have answers on anything about what's going on,they find leaking coming from transmission which they claim my warranty doesn't cover says it's $1200 to repair and leaking coming from motor that is covered, and so then tells me I owe a $250 for a deductible on my warranty that I paid $10,000 for at this dealership, I've never I'm my life have paid a deductible for a warranty for something already paid for. This is wrong, Lakewood Ford has bad service and taking 3 days for a diagnosis on a problem is not exceptible.

Staff at Boardwalk Motors, and in particular Sales Rep. - ronbrekke815

Staff at Boardwalk Motors, and in particular Sales Rep. Anthony, were very professional and never pressured me. Whatever formula he was following, it sure worked well on me; as, I really only stopped by to look. Nonetheless, Boardwalk Motors, I am extremely happy the way things worked out. Thank you

Took my escalade in under my own better judgment. - REPOKEV

Took my escalade in under my own better judgment...have had poor experiences with this place in the past and hoped after 2 years, they got their act together. NOPE. Came in for an oil change, AC charge and a sensor install (that I provided). Was quoted 350 on the AC charge as being on the high side since, and I quote, "they didn't know how much refrigerant it would use. Ok. Fast forward to completion - and since I declined on their estimate for other things I did not ask to be quoted on...maybe if they spent the same amount of time doing what I asked instead of looking for more money on my car, then I wouldn't be writing this. Get a message that says the condensor is leaking and they cannot charge the system...but still charged me full 350 plus. Didn't test the system for leaks...I mean it is a sealed system and shouldn't run out of freon, so if it did, maybe that indicates a leak? But now they expect me to believe they used the max amount of freon in a system that couldn't take a charge and weren't able to recover whatever they supposedly used? Yeah, ok. Don't even get me started on the 3x full retail price on the parts quoted for their "other findings"....yes, THREE times. These guys will stop at nothing to make a dollar. Used to wash your PREMIUM car as part of the service, keep things clean...but nope, not anymore...oh you're not going to spend 7k MORE with us, let's charge for a service we didn't supply, park this car curbside across the parking lot and say too bad too sad. No more lot porters, no clean cars, just 3x the cost and 1/4 the quality., DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHCILE HERE FOR SERVICE!!!!

I purchased a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT from a - Jkalexander2005

I purchased a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT from a Washington dealership in late May 2026. The vehicle was transported and delivered to my Maine home without a temporary registration plate, transit permit, title paperwork, or registration documents. The dealer sent the paperwork to Maine BMV, which received it on June 10, 2026, but it has not yet been processed. I have insurance but cannot legally drive or register the vehicle because I do not have the required paperwork or temporary permit. I am requesting that the dealership immediately provide a lawful temporary permit or complete the paperwork necessary for me to register and use the vehicle

We bought a 2025 Optiq. - ChrisAnne

We bought a 2025 Optiq. Our sales experience with Jameson was great and his manager Keith was a “straight shooter”. No high pressure tactics which we appreciated. We recommend this dealership without reservation especially after two bad experiences with two other (not GMC) dealerships while we were shopping. And, we love our beautiful new car!

Had a recall that needed fixed on an RV and they said - Rob

Had a recall that needed fixed on an RV and they said they couldn't look at it for at least 2 months. I think it would be easier if they just said didn't bother them..2 months for a safety recall seems absurd..

Always an amazing experience with the team at Legend. - Martha

Over 20 years ago, we bought a van from this store - Lane A.

Over 20 years ago, we bought a van from this store (although at a different location). It was a fine family vehicle where we shared many great experiences with the kids. Flash forward to now: My wife and I were looking for an economical and well-cared for car. Sure enough, Graham and his team carefully asked us what we needed. He paid very careful attention to our concerns, and my wife and I looked at a few cars and test drove two of them. We found the perfect car for us, and the process was friendly, seamless and easy. Needless to say, we drove home in our new car within a couple of hours. I am thoroughly impressed at how Graham helped us along in the car buying process. He expertly guided us along the process. This alleviates so much stress in the purchase.
