I was born in Silvis, Illinois and currently reside in Moline. I graduated form Rockridge High School on 2001. My appreciation for the automotive industry came as a young child with my family also being in the automotive industry. I began my career at Zimmerman as a lot porter in 2002, and in 2004 was promoted to an entry level technician in the service department. With years of experience as a used vehicle technician and associated training, I accepted a new position as a Service Advisor in 2012, and most recently service manager in 2021. It is my priority to ensure your vehicle is serviced accurately and timely to make your experience in Zimmerman service an excellent one. I am an avid Cubs and Bears fan who enjoys taking in a game or two when I can get away. I always enjoy my experience at Zimmerman Honda, whether its a stop for routine maintenance in the service department, or purchasing a new vehicle. It's about brand and dealership loyalty. We were in the market for a 2020 cr-v and just shopping. The no pressure approach to selling at Zimmermans made it a no brainer to purchase the car t We were in the market for a 2020 cr-v and just shopping. The no pressure approach to selling at Zimmermans made it a no brainer to purchase the car the day we did instead of waiting a couple months. We feel we got a great deal right off the bat without any of the "price haggling" that seems standard in shopping for a new vehicle. The whole experience was stress free and enjoyable. The additional coverages were explained to us and made good economic sense to purchase. Our vehicle was ready in a week and driver ready. The big plus is that we purchased a 2012 cr-v new from Zimmermans and serviced there. Awesome customer service so we know our 2020 is in good hands. More
