They are extremely friendly and always explains things so you can understand it perfectly. Gary and AJ always keep you up to date on the status of you car and are willing to work with you to get your car in quickly. The technicians there are extremely friendly and will even come out and help explain any issues with your car. Besides the service department, the sales department is phenomenal! The sales reps will listen to your wants and needs and help you decide what car will best suit your needs and keep you on budget. Brian (GM) is right there to help and explain everything to you. They are very transparent and trustworthy unlike other dealers where they hide "extras" in your car deal. I HIGHLY recommend Zimmerman Honda to EVERYONE! I will not buy another car in the Quad Cities that is not from Zimmerman Honda. I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done nor can I brag about them enough! More

As I said, I normally work with Luis. He is professional, knowledgeable, thorough and patient with my many questions. I always stop to see him when I visit the service department. Why, yes, the cars are wonderful, but its the PEOPLE at Zimmermans that keep me coming back. Ron Allgood is the perfect car salesman; he is friendly, funny, and knows his stuff.... he went through all the electronics on the dashboard with us and got my phone set up on bluetooth (we are old and probably wouldn't have used it without his help) We get our oil changes at Zimmermans too. Kyle Ruser did out financing for our new car and he got us a great deal at our credit union and went through the paperwork with us in terms we could understand. They have friendly service dept with a perfect waiting area (that includes drinks and snacks and a large screen tv) The experience has been so good that it's brought us back to Zimmermans again and again. More
