I was born in Silvis, Illinois and currently reside in Moline. I graduated form Rockridge High School on 2001. My appreciation for the automotive industry came as a young child with my family also being in the automotive industry. I began my career at Zimmerman as a lot porter in 2002, and in 2004 was promoted to an entry level technician in the service department. With years of experience as a used vehicle technician and associated training, I accepted a new position as a Service Advisor in 2012, and most recently service manager in 2021. It is my priority to ensure your vehicle is serviced accurately and timely to make your experience in Zimmerman service an excellent one. I am an avid Cubs and Bears fan who enjoys taking in a game or two when I can get away. I had my service done at Zimmerman for the past several years. Even though I did not make that purchase from them they treated me as I did. It was finally time to get a new car and was anxious to get start years. Even though I did not make that purchase from them they treated me as I did. It was finally time to get a new car and was anxious to get started with Zimmerman from my service experiences. From the start my salesman Matt Rizzo was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional and made the whole process completely easy and painless. Jeff Dolan in finance was awesome when finalizing purchase and never once felt pressured or overwhelmed.
